When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Using balms high in the vagina
Hi Judith. I was one of the women who couldn't be bothered stuffing around with Replens, wasting a proportion of this rather expensive product because of the wasteful applicator that came with it, and remembering which day was which, for the bit of benefit I did experience. I would rather use WW balms whenever I like, and know that there are only healing ingredients in them. Yes, I do use Bliss Balm high in the vagina, applied with a finger or a penis. I use Vulva Balm around the vulva if I am experiencing soreness or irritation in the area. and Peri Balm if I feel that my perineum is involved, or if the vulval tissues are more easily irritated than normal. Bliss Balm is the one I could not live without. A jar lasts for ages. We don't use condoms and I don't use a pessary so there are no problems with that. It doesn't seem to affect my knickers elastic.
Cheers

balms etc
Thanks for that Louise, exactly what I wanted to know, that's a relief. I didn't really fancy taking a chance on the Replens and I couldn't understand why some women were using a combination of the two. I am wondering about trying the sea sponges because I need to exercise more and at the moment even walking seems to aggravate the POPs, a problem I've never had before, it's always helped. Should have thought of this question earlier, but do you think there's any chance that the bliss balm and sea sponge won't be a good combination? Thanks as ever Judith xx

Sponge and BB
Hi Judith
I wouldn't think they would go well together, only because Bliss Balm is very persistent and it is quite difficult to wash off, except with *hot* soapy water. So they could be difficult to keep clean. Sponges have such a weird structure and I think they would be difficult to clean properly, as well as using quite a bit of BB. Having said that, I think Clonmacnoise uses olive oil successfully with hers.
Cheers
