When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

EFT again?
Dear Kiki,
Have you tried EFT on this pain? Your post made me discover it so I guess you are using it sometimes. Yesterday I showed it to someone with bad hip pain and it went away instantly so she could walk normally. I am truly impressed by the results so far. I wish you a prompt recovery.

Have you tried going to a Chiropractor? I had PSD when I was pregnant. By the time I was 11 weeks I could barely lift my legs to walk up a flight of stairs. I saw a chiropractor who specializes in webster technique. After a few adjustments I felt so much better. The pain would come back if I skipped a week or so. I had a great pregnancy thanks to those adjustments.
On a side note: Is there a connection between psd and pop, and a milk oversupply? It seems like a lot of women here have all three of those issues.

PSD
I saw an osteopath whist pregnant and after, and that helped a lot but never resolved it. I'm trying to find someone near me who does Webster--had read about that but not very common here. will see. thanks for that.
re EFT, i have been doing it but i think something must be out as it just keeps returning. Bit better today as my period came, and i haven't walked so much last few days which has helped. But oh how frustrating! two great years and bam! but i will keep tapping to keep the pain down... and going to see about getting a new stroller which is heftier but still not too heavy...

psd pain
Oh man Kiki I feel for you. I had my ps go out with this most recent birth and could not stand on one foot at all (which makes getting dressed challenging- I wore skirts I could pull over my head) and it took two weeks in bed to get right enough.....
Do you wear a compression belt?
It probably has something to do with your cycle...right?

cycle
yep, i feel a ton better since my period came and went, and we got a new lightweight but sturdy three wheel buggy that is easier on me to push a heavy boy in!
so still a bit sore, but not nearly as bad. hoping this next cycle isn't so bad... just so annoying, as i've had hardly any pain for the last two years!
compression belt--i know there's the issue of how it affects POP, so i was worried about using it. any wisdom on this? i remember one direction good, the other bad...
any info?
thanks....
