When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: Until I get the book...
Good Morning!
Yes, it will feel very "unnatural" at first, but will become as easy as can be.
The head/neck/shoulders are primary. Next, the area from the bottom of the sternum to the belly button should be sensed as being held over the pubic bone. The lumbar curve will take care of itself with this manuever of the abdomen. An unnatural "sway back" will be avoided by keeping the head and neck stretched high and the shoulders down. You should have a sense of "bracing" the whole upper abdomen with this posture. The lower belly will be naturally round and relaxed, slightly firm but not hard. The abdominal wall needs to function like the skin of a drum to receive the pressures coming down from our lungs and then sending them through the pelvis in their proper course. Although we sort of are sticking our tummy out, it is more in this way I describe.
I thought I might be successful in describing this in words, but it really has been difficult for women to "grok". I will have other materials available just as soon as possible. Please feel free to ask whatever you need to. I'm worried about your spinal condition, though, and hope you will consult with your doctor.

RE: Until I get the book...
Dear Christine,
I read all the new questions and replys everyday....it is so nice having this forum for us all. I see it is growing in numbers, and its so good to know how many women are finding there way to you! What a blessing you are for all of us...It is all so helpful. When you mentioned the front of the body, the sternum and how to 'think about' that part of the posture, that discription really helped me so much! I can feel how I am rather weak at that point, and can see how it will help to lift from there as well as all the other parts....I may be a bit sore for a few days, working this area, but, I can see how that is a great help to me. Just want to thank you again...Its only been two weeks or so, but all of the changes I have made are already being felt. Attitude of appreciation and awareness, diet and excersize and posture and communication here with others, all these are bringing a new and vital strength of health to me and I feel it. I have more energy even though I was always pretty energetic, this feels so good and not depleting, exhausting. I think I am getting younger! Belly dancing and going barefoot and feeling very beautiful, inside and out!
Thank you Thank you! So much, Sandy-Joy

RE: Until I get the book...
Depak Chopra has talked about this concept of "youthing" as you call it in some of his work. I remember one tape I had where he discussed a study where environment, conversation, separation from modern culture for just a week or so produced measurable results toward reversing aging. Sorry to mention it without knowing the name of the tape - I must have loaned it someone and can't remember. It is a real phenomenon and an exiting one that can be explained from ancient wisdom like Aryuveda and other wisdom traditions. Readopting a posture that is rooted in our natural and early body development AND keeping our attention in that work would fit that wisdom I believe.
Peace, Karen

Hello Christine,
Hello Christine,
I am waiting for your book.Should be here by weekend.
I am 71 yrs. old. I was exercising on the Elliptical Treadmill, and I felt something moved in my vagina.
I saw my Dr. the following week and she gave me a Pelvic exam. She said that she saw the Uterus dropped a little bit forward, and that I should do the Kegel Exercise.
I went online and found your research and ordered your book.
It's just a little uncomfortable, and sometimes if I sit too long, I feel a little burning.
Is there something I can use to help with the burning?
Thanks

Hi Wonderful and welcome,
Hi Wonderful and welcome,
So glad you have found us! When I first found prolapse, I had some achey burning feeling also. The suggestion of honey was made on here, and talked a lot about by Christine herself. You just put a dab on the tip of your finger and apply it vaginally. For me, the burning went away almost immediately.
You can also go down on knees and forearms to get a little relief when feeling symptomatic.
Once you get your book and start this work, you will know all the benefits whole woman can give you.
Best wishes!
