When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

ERT and prolapse
Hi Alix,
Do you have your uterus? Estrogen has profound effects on the body, which is why doctors have prescribed it ubiquitously for decades. The choice to take the hormone is totally yours and all I can say is most of us here are not choosing HRT.
My personal take on the matter is that post-menopause vaginal prolapse is best managed by this posture/breathing/exercise work and also nutrition. The need for good antioxidant status in the older woman cannot be overemphasized. That is really the role of estrogen (along with being a "trophic" hormone), which is considered the most powerful antioxidant in the body. Yet, nature deems that we lose most of our estrogen as older women. I think the more we try to follow nature’s blueprint, the healthier and happier we’ll be.
Wishing you well,
Christine

Thanks
Hi Christine, thank-you so much for your work and your site. Yesterday when I found it I was in a horrible state of shock and grief, almost despair. Afterwards, I was able to go to bed feeling fairly optimistic and much more my normal self. I have ordered your book, but I'll have to wait for it to arrive from the US. Meanwhile, I'll glean what I can from the site.
Thanks again, Alix.

Topical oestrogen
I took this for about three months because of vaginal dryness. No signs of prolapse at the time. Unfortunately I had side effects. My vision was affected and got migraines. I had the same side effect when I tried HRT about seven years ago. So I've decided not to take it anymore. Obviously HRT doesn't agree with me.
