When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

on the road again.
Hi Christine
Don't know if you are still in the air, but I do hope this little trip goes well.
I have some additions to make to the belly isolations story, because it is very easy to get it all wrong, and it feels just awful in the vulval area if you do get it wrong.
There is one technique that I have a hunch will be useful but it is not really related to belly isolations. I think the value of belly isolations is in learning how to control different muscles, just like nauli. One of the things I really like about bellydance is the way it increases your body awareness in a very feminine and gentle way, but also increases muscle strength, both in the arms and upper body, and in the pelvic and abdominal area and legs, which is exactly where pelvic stability and control comes from. It is not for wimps. Try dancing with a polyester chiffon veil for half an hour and see how your arms and upper body feel! My teacher is thinking about developing a bellydance workout based on veil work, rather than weights. She is qualified and experienced as a personal trainer, and has another job at a gym.
Looking forward to hearing about what you are doing up there.

Inflammatory process, belly
Inflammatory process, belly muscle isolation, sheesh I am hardly keeping up as it is! Bring it on though, of course! I love the 'feeling' (if there is such a thing in cyberworld) of the unraveling of new and powerful information and making connections about our bodies that have not been made before. Can't wait to hear more about all that is evolving in both of your heads:)

the power of information
It is amazing isn't it, Aza! Without the wonderful democratizing power of the internet, I don't believe women would have survived the human race! Wish I could write down everything I'm learning, but instead will have to ask women to please support Whole Woman and buy the dvd! :)

remembering to nauli/firebreath
I do my nauli/firebreathing right after my toileting/shower/toothbrushing, etc routine both AM and PM. it helps me remember to do it and also allows me to prioritize ME. the kids can wait (though they holler) for me while I pee and floss, and they can wait while I nauli too.
