A targeted supplement

Body:

Has anyone investigated the "Pelvic Power" herbal remedy sold by JadeandPearl? It is supposed to strengthen uterine ligaments. I am not well informed on herbal remedies and wondered if any of you could share your perceptions.

Speaking of JadeandPearl, my first trial of the regular sea sponge made me feel good for about an hour. After that, things were definitely coming down and uncomfortable. I had to work at getting the sponge out, even with the removal floss I sewed on. I wonder if the prolapse sponges (bigger and denser) would help or not.

Today I found that super size sport tampons helped me feel a little more normal. Hurray for that, anyway!

Saddleup

Hi Saddleup - a quickie - was the sponge either soaking wet or oily when you put it in? That makes removal easier, also semsquat and a v slight push to eject. And trying a larger sponge may help with the falling out bit - I've only ever managed to insert the smallest one, the prolapse size is pretty big. Let us know won't you, good luck Judith

Not an expert here but I'd be surprised if anything could specifically target uterine ligaments. Also, that's only part of the problem anyway. I suggest checking what the supp contains, use your judgement to decide whether it looks ok and try it for a few weeks - you never know! Judith

I really like those Playtex Sport tampons if I need a tampon. Not totally sure why these are so much better than the regular ones. I think it's because they're wide and short.

I have not used those particular ones, but have used chinese ones.

I found them to be successful when I used them once they were in my system, but it seems to me I have to keep using them to keep the help long lasting.

There are so many herbal medicines that do so much for our bodies, I certainly thing it is worth the try. Just take it slow getting into taking them and if you experience adverse side effects stop. :)
