WELCOME BACK, EVERYONE!

Body:

Hello dear Whole Women!

It's been a long eight weeks, but here we are in our beautiful WWVillage. After we were hacked, we put our heads together and decided - okay. let's roll out our dream of the Whole Woman Village.

I basically babysat Nori while Nik and Lanny created the entire thing - sheer genius! I love it all and must believe this is where I was destined to "live" for the long-term. Who wants to pay for thatched roof repairs anyway!

I miss you all so much! See you soon.

Love from Christine

Missed everyone so much. Can't wait to hear how everyone is! Thanks, Christine, Nik and Lanny! I'll check out the site more tomorrow when I have more time, but it looks fabulous at first glance. YEA!

Heya everyone - Looking good here!

Dear Christine, Nikelle, and Lanny,
Thank you for creating such an amazing Whole Woman Village!
I too missed everyone, and am glad to be back.
Love, Oceanblue ♥

I sure did miss the support this site has to offer. So happy to have it back up and running. Thanks for all the hard work, Christine, and staff. We all appreicate it!

Ooo, I love what you've done to the place since I've been gone, Christine!
I can't wait to take a moment to take a closer look around when I get a chance. Thank you Nik and Lanny for your creative collaboration in bringing everything together. = : )

Upon my earlier return many weeks ago, and finding that the WholeWoman website was under construction, I prayed for all who were likely passing by in desperate search of help and understanding as I had once been just a couple of short years ago. I remember being so utterly lost and frightened, feeling so very alone, and being so very grateful that the WW community was here to help me regain my balance and reclaim my sense of self when it felt like my world had dropped out from under me. So glad that the light in the window's still burning...

Love and light,
~♥Blue

This site is amazing...

Wow, beautiful! Great to be here again!
Liv

Hi! It's great to be back! I missed Whole Woman.
Even though I may not post much, I often read the posts here - and now, there is also so much more to explore - with the library and other new features!
I hope that you never get hacked again and find ways to prevent this from happening, should someone ever want to do it.
Cheers,
Mozart :-)

Hi dear WW friends,

It’s great to see you back. I’ve been waiting and waiting for our mass email inviting everyone to come back to be sent, but it has been quite a project for Lanny to get all the lists together.

Blue!! Where have you been, young lady? We have so missed you and several members have asked about you. You don’t need to explain...just so happy to see your shining face :) That goes for Sue and Tobia and Oceanblue and Mozart and Nikki as well! Liv...thank you so very much for all your help over the break and dear Alemama, I hope your back is all well.

Louise, Alemama, and the other mods are ready to bring the temporary Yahoo group over here. Soon we will have a party!

Happy days,

Christine

Where have I been? lol Well, my friend, I've been WWalking! = : D
WWalking through life like you've showed me, kiddo. I'm still POPped but no longer totally deflated by it -There are just so many more good days than bad, even days when I don't think about my prolapse, if you can believe that (and I know you can ; ). I missed all of you here at WholeWoman too (((BIGHUGS)))

Love and light,
~♥ Blue

Oh Blue, Big (((Hugs))) to you too. I have forgotten. Were you Tweedledum or Tweedledee? All we need is for Mae to pop back and say, "Hi!". It will be like a big family reunion!

I must admit that Alice in Wonderland was pretty mind-blowing. Matt Lucas, as Tweedledum and Tweedledee, was just so perfect! I wonder, if he wins an Oscar, will they give him two? But I would rather have seen Blue and Mae than Matt Lucas and Matt Lucas! T & T could have worn little matching Wholewoman t-shirts! Tee-hee! Hmm, maybe we need Alice in Gynland. She could meet up with all sorts of demented characters!

Louise

ROFLOL Hiya Lou! (((BIGHUGS))) back! Gosh, how I've missed you, wise one, and your wonderful (and sensible) sense of humor! You don't know how often I've thought of you when I've needed to move a sizeable something POPerly ("and Louise would do it, how?"). Even in everyday life, as I bend at the hips to pick up a schnibble of this or that, or to retie an already tied shoe, *I gives a quick shake for resettling bits sake* because that's what Louise would do! ...when no one is looking, of course. = ; )

As to which Tweedle, Dum or Dee? -It's not quite clear in my memory, especially without our other tweedle, here.... Oh Mae, where are you! - Happily enjoying being a GrandMae, I hope!

I have yet to see Alice in Wonderland! I do love my dear pirate Mr. Depp, and when he and Tim Burton get together, it's bound to be insanely wonderful.... Now guess where my mind will be side-tracking to when I do get a chance to see it? - "Alice in Gynland", indeed! lolol = : D

It is so good to 'see' you Louise!

~♥ Blue

the site looks awesome, christine!
hats off to lanny and nik for what they've done, I'm so impressed!
and I'm so happy its finally back up and running, I've missed it.

Christine and everyone --

What a labor of love! The quality of the website says it all. Your commitment to women's health, and your knowledge and wisdom regarding women's health, just glow here. It is PRICELESS not to be at the mercy of the medical establishment, but to have real information and well-grounded advice about how to deal with prolapse. It affects the quality of EVERY MOMENT of our lives.

Just, thank you.

Ellen

Long time no "hear." Still doing good. Still no surgery! Posture has done what it has promised. Love your new site.

Sybille

Hey, this is great, hearing that Ellen and Sybille are going well! Hi Gals!

Louise

Hello all,
I haven't visited in well over a year. I think about this site often and all the lovely wise and compassionate women who come here and helped me get through the most devastating personal crisis that developing a cystocele was for me. You may recall my fury.
I'm doing pretty well I guess, my stubborness in what "quality of life" means to me has me doing much of the same things I've always done, just a bit more carefully.
I'm still struggling with the hip injury that happened at the same time that the cystocele presented, so I haven't gotten back to my hiking..yet, but I still garden, toss compost and now have a big flock of chickens. I haven't lost my house and my marriage is, well, a challenge. We still aren't living together, even after three years of being back "together" and this has us rather house-poor. A strange self inflicted poverty that my husband is Way more comfortable with than I. All work and so tired that the scheduled "fun" feels more like work... I do sleep quite well.
Congratulations on taking the opportunity to rebuild this site so thoughtfully. I really like what I've seen. I simply do not have the time to visit or even write these days and don't I miss it all ?
Be kind and good to all your beautiful selves !
With ever so much Love and affection,
Zelda

It looks fabulous. Thank you.

Hello, hello, hello dear friends!

This new site is fantastic!! I am loving it and so happy to be back in touch with everyone! Great job Christine and everyone else that helped put this together! I love it!

Blue (tweedledee..I am definitely Tweedledum!!) welcome back. I have missed you so much. You too Christine, Louise, G-mom, Alemama and all the other dear sweet women on WW, but that's my fault. I have been so busy being GandMae, as Blue calls me, that I haven't been here much.

Mister, as my daughter calls him so often, is 11 months now. Our other grandsons are 9 and 11 years old. I can't tell you how much we are all enjoying this new little munchkin! He has brought such joy to every member of our family. He also brought me a prolapsed uterus...so I am now dealing with two prolapses..but that's O.K. He is so worth it and I can deal with it. Some good days, some bad...nothing new.

Happy holidays to everyone. So glad our WW family is together again!

Hugs,
~Mae

Happy Spring Everyone...It’s just too much fun hearing from all of you. Sybille!!! I need to point out that Sybille was the Only friend to WW in our earliest days. I stirred up a hornet’s nest on another site by suggesting that posture might have something to do with prolapse, and Sybille was the only one who said, “Hey, wait a minute...let’s give her a chance.” Love you, Syb!!

Love you Ellen and Everyone else!!

So much fun to seen Louise and Blue and Mae back together. I’m sure they will provide us more of their antics in the future! And Stella...my gosh...it’s good to hear from you and I’m sending peaceful vibes your way. Those kinds of domestic differences are never easy.

Thank you all so much for getting back in touch. So glad to hear from you, Kitty, and please stay tuned...Louise and I were just putting our heads together regarding the post-hyst woman.

I’m elated that you all love the site. It should be a barrel of fun once we get rolling.

Happy Easter to all who observe it. I usually try to do something dignified on this day (having grown up in the Episcopal church), but tomorrow Nikelle and her band are playing at the local pub and we plan to go have some fun (after the Easter Bunny comes!)

Lots of love,

Christine

Hi Blue

I'm one of those newbies who discovered a problem in January, which my doctor was totally useless with helping me. The idiot couldn't understand why I would be bothered by something bulging almost out of my body, and acted like I was imagining the symptom. The arrogant idiot! When I did a self-check again one week later, there the bulge was and I felt like I was in no-woman's-land trying to figure out what to do. I did manage to buy Christine's book, even though the website alerted my security system.

Soo -- how long until I have lasting results? I'm avoiding lifting, doing lots of plies, and modified abdominal crunches that don't push on the pelvic floor, as developed by a PT for urinary incontinence. I do have some urinary control, and am not totally out of control -- but do run to the bathroom too much and am aware of a cystocele. I've talked to other women who had surgery after almost total loss of urinary control.

How long until it goes back to Grade 1? I believe I have Grade 2. I tried to see a urogynecologist a couple weeks ago, and that doctor cancelled the appointment since I was 15 minutes late. (But of course doctors always expect me to wait HOURS on end -- what a double standard!) I got so irritated I never re-scheduled, so here I sit with my self-diagnosed cystocele. In the back of my mind, I think I would consider surgery if this does not drastically improve to the point I can resume normal activities again. I was put off by concerns that the surgery itself would prevent me from lifting anything, or else things would TEAR down there????? It's a tender area in the first place!

sorry about your dr experience! my newest gyn didn't notice my 'celes so I didn't go bringing it up. I"m sure by now I know more about managing prolapse than he does.
anyway.
I'm not a dr and don't take this as responsible medical advice, just telling you what I think and what I personally have done.
I don't care about my 'official diagnosis' or about the grading system for POP. my POP changes from day to day and sometimes during the course of one day. so what good is a number? also, after hanging out here for so long, it seems that the number doesnt always correlate to the degree of symptoms.
what matters is how you feel. try to focus on relieving the symptoms rather than on the actual bulge. I know that the two are related, but its hard to notice small changes in the size/location of a bulge. I'm not saying that you won't see changes there too, only that it was less frustrating for me that way.
how long till you see lasting results is impossible to predict. again, so many variables. I am not one of the 'poster children' for complete reversal of prolapse. I'm pretty sure my cystocele is a grade two at this point. (for reference, it was almost a three when I found it and I am 5 months pp right now). but I am 90% symptom-free. before I had this last baby I was 99% symptom-free and I am aiming to get back there.
been coping with this for so long that I am no longer concerned with the actual size/shape/location of the bulge so long as it doesn't interfere with my life. I've accepted it as I'm learning to accept the sagging boobs and laugh lines developing around my eyes and the increasing number of gray hairs. I know that's probably not what you wanted to hear, but I'm just keeping it real.
others have different experiences, there are women here who've gotten down to a grade 1 or completely reversed. unfortunately I am not one of them, but it doesn't impact the way I live my life.

Hiya dear GrandMae! (((BIGHUGS))) It is so good to "see" you again! I am glad to hear that you are faring well and that you are having such a blast with that new grand'Mister' of yours (11-mos already!!). Grandmahood is the best!
I am sorry to hear about the changes in your POP, but it sounds like you are dealing with that it in your own indomitable way, kiddo (my hero). You have such an admirable inner strength when it comes to our respective gravitational aggravationals (ergo, you be the "dee" not the "dum", that is me! ; ) I know that my own 3.5 year old grandchild is a POP-challenge to beat all (she's a bit overweight, to boot), but as caregiver while her parents work, there are times when lifting and certain playground moves cannot be avoided (although, last week's 'hop-scotch' lesson, sans a proper hop, was limited to a rather lame show and tell on my part.. my sweetie got it, though, so all's well that ends well : )

Despite life's busy-ness, I look forward to stopping by WW to read when I can, unfortunately, I won't always have time to post as I'd like. I do look forward to keeping up on the latest news, and am so, so glad to have caught up with you, Louise, Christine, Alemama, Granolamom and all the wonderful WWomen who gather here.

Stand tall -Love to all!

~♥ Blue

Hello and welcome, Sombrerokitty,

I'm afraid, I don't have a lot to offer as far as clarifying much ado about POP. Like you, I came away from my doctor feeling that she was unnerved by what she found during my exam. She never used the word 'prolapse', and never issued a degree, let alone name the parts that were tumbling down. That was several years ago and I remember coming away with what I later guesstimated as a prolapse of the 3rd degree, and so totally blown away. All my doctor had to offer was, "They have an operation for that".

I am so very glad that you have found your way here to Christine's WW site, and that you have possession of her wonderfully informative book. I will forever count my blessings to have been fortunate enough to have found my way here before being led like a lamb to the operating room (my poor ins. coverage/high deductable and my lack of funds gave me the moment needed to stumble upon this WWonderful site). I now have such a better handle on what is going on.

I'm afraid that I'm not able to address your question regarding the length of time before having lasting results. "Lasting results", to me, in my situation, means a stabalization, the term may mean something different to you...and given that everyone is so different (age, fitness, lifestyle, etc), there's no saying, for sure. I will defer to Granolamom and her response to you, as well as to the insights of the other wonderful Whole Women here, who are more aware of such things.

For what it's worth, S-kitty, I realized, in my hindsight, that my emotional state was far more severely "prolapsed" than my physical self and that left me with a sense of urgency that I had to be "fixed", and fast! Fortunately, I was grounded (in the best sense) by Christine's generous wisdom and the kind sharings of all who gather here, to the point that I was eventually able to address this prolapse business with an uplifting sense of calm, knowing that the controls were mine, and just as importantly, that time was on my side. This gift of time alone allowed me to work on my posture and learn how to manage myself and my life to suit the change in me, and I am faring so considerably well now! It takes a bit of time to get comfortable with the posture so that you bend and lift properly, but it will soon become second nature. And given a fair chance, you will be able to lift mindfully and otherwise maneuver most of what you need to, over and above what I believe the limitations to be if things were rehung and restrung.

The bottom line, S-kitty, is that I can do!...and move, breathe and be good... and I can honestly say that I have no regrets for not having undergone the "operation for that" at this point.
....maybe when I'm 80? *grin*

~♥ Blue

Ha! So we both want to be "Dum." That's very nice of us you know! lol! Wait until you see Dee & Dum in Alice In Wonderland..it will seriously make you want to dispute our given names with that carrot lady down in Oz!!

Yes, being a grandma is wonderful, albeit hard on prolapse! Your granddaughter is lucky to have such a wonderful grandma and I just know she is a real love.

So good to hear from you and to catch up! (((Hugs))) to you and yours!

~Mae

Wow! We cannot believe our eyes. What a picturesque view! It is a small Paradise indeed! Please receive our heartfelt congratulations for the marvellous WHOLE WOMAN VILLAGE perfectly projected. We are so anxious to visit this heavenly village and have access to the concrete truth of health information. What else in life is more important than having a good health in order to be able to enjoy the sweetness of life as you always say: that life is sweet. Mrs. Christine you are sharing all the truth and benefiting information you have gathered during some years of meticulous research spending sleepless nights with total devotion to improve women’s health condition without recurring to unnecessary surgeries and its harmful consequences. You have saved many lives (including mine) and we all witnessed it, while visiting the posts taken from your forum on the Whole Woman website (which is a welfare act from your part) (www.wholewoman.com) and the feedback from women practicing techniques from Saving the Whole Woman (that you clearly and perfectly explained). My family, friends among them some surgeon doctors, urologist surgeons, doctors specialized in internal medicines still practicing and others retired and myself were all amazed to see all the praises you were receiving from desperate women who followed your instructions and advices (I am one of them) and many of them have cancelled scheduled hysterectomies on time. The excellent results were reported by thousands of women from around the world and (I am one of them). We can never mention the numerous number of people expressing all of their gratefulness to you they were singing it from the treetops as some of them said (including myself by all means). Mrs. Christine, let me tell you that you are indeed a Miracle Worker, all those people consider you as a prophet (I am one of them) because nobody explained to them that the burden of the problem they were carrying is not as serious as they were told and could be corrected by practicing some of the techniques and besides you showed them hope and kindness by telling them to take deep breath etc. This encouraged them (including myself) and gave them the key of the problem.
I hope that in the first opportunity when I would be able to travel (as I am presently nursing my Mom) I could come with my husband to your heavenly village and participate in the work out, while my husband could visit your restaurant to taste the soda bread and salmon? And then, I will join him there to taste your organic biologic delicious food; we could stay few days in a nearby Hotel. We will be delighted to meet you (and all your kind clients) and your husband Mr. Lanny; I have seen his picture in the WHOLE WOMAN VILLAGE he seems to be a very smart, kind and extremely clever person. Please convey to Mr. Lanny our most sincere congratulations for his Appointment as CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER FOR WW. While examining all of the meticulous technical details carried out so perfectly, we could imagine how much dedication Mr. Lanny has put to work out so impeccably such meticulous details. It is indeed a breath-taking excellent work that Mr. Lanny is accomplishing. Our sincerest congratulations go as well to your charming daughter Nikelle the talented graphic artist who is drawing additional rooms, tell her please that we are fond of music especially violin melody and we cannot wait to hear her playing on this romantic violin sound; I am sure that we are going to be elated with joy by the melody of the violin, that we are going to need many boxes of tissues to wipe out our tears. Now, seriously speaking, my husband and I, love so much to hear violin playing especially if the one who play it, is a charming young Nikelle with her dramatic nice look! (I, myself have a hobby, while nursing my Mom I like to play guitar and sing to her some old songs, hymn and cantiques that she used to sing to me when I was little girl, she starts to weep and sing with me and this makes her feel better) I am certain that the atmosphere in the restaurant meet with a warm response and that people are going to order more food in order to stay more time to enjoy this so romantic environment. The nutrition will be doubled not only with organic biological food, but also the food value for the soul (music) is of a great importance for the well-being and to experience the sweetness of life. O Mrs. Christine your little Whole Woman Village is going to be such fun! As you are going to expect many people coming from all around the world (including ourselves) we are quite sure about that since this will be the unique place in the world where people are going to experience not only a total health benefits faraway from harmful surgeries but also they will be surrounded by such loving and affectionate people like you Mrs. Christine and your good hearted family member, who are going to greet them with a sincere and trustful welcome smile. As WHOLE WOMAN VILLAGE is going to be the best place for health improvement, pleasure and entertainment no doubt about it, so my whole family and our friends are suggesting that you might need to open a motel or a hotel to be able to accommodate the customers coming from abroad.
We look forward to hearing from you whenever you have time as we realize well that you must all be very busy now with lots of work to be accomplished. We can imagine the number of correspondence, cooking classes, exercise classes, sewing classes etc.. etc.. The success is guaranteed God Willing whom we ask to endorse and bless this benefiting project, to assist you, protect you and give you all the necessary strength, good health and courage to finalize this wonderful WHOLE WOMAN VILLAGE, which is one of its kind. We keep you all in our prayers.
May the risen Saviour bless you, and keep you always in His care
May God give you all the faith it takes to make all your wishes come true. And may His Love and Wisdom always help to guide you on your way, And His light shine down upon you all (including all your friends and every member of the blessed Forum and its guests) now to bless you in perpetuity....
We ask God to grant this small family business Wisdom, Peace and Satisfaction for the hard work to be achieved peacefully by the Grace of the Almighty. May His Will be done. We ask Him as well to shower all of his blessings at every person who will be stepping in this blessed place where we could feel the holy love spread in the air and all of the good intentions of the friendly owners, who wish for others the same thing they wish for themselves and will be leading that business according to God’s regulations and teachings.

hi AHR
you speak for many of us, I am sure
this site is awesome, isn't it? Christine, Lanny and Nikelle did a fabulous job. I am also filled with gratitude for what Christine has done for me and for all women by bringing her wisdom, experience and work online. don't want to think where I'd be without her.
looking forward to getting to 'know' you here at the village : )

granolamom

Hi AHR

Welcome to the Village. It sounds like you have had very positive experiences of Wholewoman. You have showered us with blessings. Hope you enjoy your time with us and continue to learn about your body. It is great that you feel confident to tell health professionals about Wholewoman. I think we all need to get out of our comfort zone and pass the news of Christine's work on to those who influence the way women respond to prolapse.

Louise

So glad you joined us!

:) Christine

Hello Louise
Thank you very much. I am so happy to join the Forum I am sure that I am going to enjoy my spare time with you (as I am nursing my mom who is 96 years old) and will be delighted to exchange beneficial ideas with you all. Yes our friends among them healthcare practitioners visited Mrs. Christine’s website and were all amazed of the logic of knowledge and wisdom so clearly explained by Mrs. Christine about SAVING THE WHOLE WOMAN; after reading passionately they found that the natural approach to the common problems of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence to be very logic and convincing facts and some of our friends among them retired urologists and gynaecologists were humble to confess their ignorance in this respect and have admitted that SAVING WHOLE WOMAN is indeed a lifesaving and told us that they have sent Mrs. Christine’s website to all people in their contact list. I think and I am quite sure that Mrs. Christine should be a good teacher to all those urologists and gynaecologists. (These same health professionals encouraged me to go ahead and purchase the whole bundle and that what I did and now I am so thrilled about the unexpected excellent fast results; I can tell you honestly that I greatly benefited from the DVD exercises. The evidence is substantial; restoring optimal posture and muscle function as Mrs. Christine very clearly highlighted it in her book can prevent and reduce most pelvic organ prolapse and urinary problems. The sensible self-help instruction and lifestyle ideas were as well extremely helpful to me.
I indeed had a very positive experience with the WHOLE WOMAN program of the Miracle Worker Mrs. Christine who saved my life and gave me back the sweetness of life I have lost and my self-confidence; Our friends and I, admire so much all of the beneficial achievements Mrs. Christine is offering to humanity to improve their health and restore their self-confidence.
To tell you the truth it was the first time I give my credit card number over the phone; I felt a blind trust in Mrs. Christine the first time I visited her website I read all what she has explained so clearly about prolapse I practiced some of the sample work out before getting the book and DVD and it really worked for me, right away I have ordered the whole bundle with Nikelle and liked so much her voice and could perfectly feel that I was dealing with very honest and conscious people; it was only later on while reading the so interesting informative book, when I saw a beautiful picture of a young beautiful lady playing violin whose name is Nikelle, so I knew that Nikelle was her lovely talented graphic artist daughter the quality of the design is self-explanatory) and have discovered later on that the meticulous technical details was carried out so perfectly by the Chief of Technology Officer Mr. Lanny Goodman who was. Mrs. Christine’s good husband) so I realized the good intentions of this so honest conscious, kind and wise family business who is going to make a big change in HISTORY BY SAVING THE WHOLE WOMEN. I am sure that God will be endorsing and blessing this very useful and helpful business commitment and its goal in improving women’s health conducting it towards full success as he always teaches us to love our neighbours isn’t it a labor of love according to God’s teachings?
Hoping to meet with you all at WHOLE WOMAN VILLAGE one day
