When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Estrogen ring
HI Fallingapart, and welcome!
Don't know if you've had time to look around yet, but you'll find lots of info here . Christine's work can radically affect prolapses naturally, so it's great you found WW! If you are able to, getting the book / DVD is great as it explains it all very clearly, and heps to understand about the posture in greater depth. Christine's postural work is key to WW, and has make a radical difference to lots of POPs. Add to that the exercises, and you should see a huge difference in your body.
regarding your post...estrogen ring. Is this the same as the nuvaring?
if so, there is a thread about it from quite recently. go to the recent posts tab on the left, and click on page 2 and you should find it there (unless lots of people post on new threads today, in which case it might be on page 3!)
it's called "nuvaring".
re tampons, i'm curious why you use one when you take a bath? just curious, as haven't heard that before.
i however use a tampon whenever i need extra support, and as long as it is not irritating you, it's absolutely fine, though the only thing i am aware of is that if i have a tampon in i won't hear my body say "hey, this is too much!" so be aware of lifting etc if you have one in. other people find sea sponges work really well too.
sex is absolutely fine, and lots of women find it helps give things a little lift which is of course a great bonus ;-) you may find some positions aren't as comfortable, but i've found that was only at the beginning and since i'm improved so much not an issue. even then, there are lots to try from...
keep asking away and let us know how you are getting on!

Thanks for your input and information. Will check out the info. on the nuvaring. Have always used a tampon since had stage 1 on pap test years ago...used to shave my legs in the tub as well. Seems to have kept me clear of another pap test issue.
