When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

well...
..it was weekly, but I can't keep up - so we changed it to "occasionally" - lol.
As soon as we have enough material we can publish weekly. It could be anything you want to share - poetry, music, dance, science - we have video capability in the Post.

Village Post article on pro- and anti-inflammatory foods
Hi everyone
Selfish old me would like a list of I would like a list of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory foods. I know there is a lot of stuff on the Forums and a lot of websites I can consult, but it is all over the place.
I think it would be good to have an article, listing as many of these foods as possible, somewhere in the Village. I guess writing an article for The Village Post would be a DIY way of getting it all on one place, then Christine can put it in the Library or leave it in the Post, or use it for a basis of an article of her own, or whatever. I am thinking of listing the foods, the reason why they produce inflammation or reduce it, other foods that are similar, personal success or failure stories based on trying different foods that were recommended to you, and other things about food and inflammation, eg preparation methods.
I am happy to write the article myself or co-write it with other Members who have an interest in this subject.
Email me privately if you would like to co-write or contribute information to the article, and we can work out how to go about it, split the research, call for contributions from other Members, collect websites, etc. Perhaps we could do several articles on different aspects with each of us researching and writing on one aspect? Then we could use each other for checking adn reviewing our sections. I think it's called Peer Review. ;-)
I think an email group would work well for the planning and writing stages.
Email me if you are interested in participating, what role you would be prepared to fill, or if you have information to contribute, . You might just want to email me some URL's that have useful info, or offer to proofread it at the end, or take on a whole section of research, or something else. All contributions will be appreciated and acknowledged. Let's share the knowledge, share the load and share the rewards.
We also need to work by the Submission guidelines on The Village Post page (purple links at the top).
Hope to hear from 3 or four of you.
Louise
