hello girls around the world

Body:

how nice it is to be able to read about other women and all the information that is here on this site. thanks for all the sharing and caring. I received my book and DVD some weeks ago now. At first I felt a bit overwhelmed especially as the book has sooo much info - what an achievement Christine. Congratulations! Then I finally had the sense to take on board a pearl of Christine wisdom - to take my time with it all. And so I have. Little changes starting with posture and seating. Then a few more exercises bit by bit. The bad habits have taken years to accomplish so they will take a while to change but gradually they are changing.
I have been so amazed that this situation for women has been so neglected and mistreated for so long. I took on board Christine's comment in her book that perhaps as many as 50% woman will experience some type of prolapse in a lifetime. So I boldly ask friends about the unheard and untalked about. Nearly every woman I have spoken to has a prolapse or knows of someone who has one!!!
I have a daughter and 4 granddaughters and I want them and all women to know about Whole Woman Posture.
Until I developed a cystocele about 6 months ago, I had no idea the extent of this type of problem. My sister had a repair done for hers and it was all a bit of a mystery to me. I never dreamt that I was next.
I am a healthy lifestyle person, with a large organic garden. I have had a wheatgrinder for 30 years now and made all our bread and flour products. I don't use so much wheat any more. Have worked with lots of grains and sprouts. I think I am reasonably healthy and fit so prolapse did not fit into my lifestyle - but then I came to realize that my posture was wrong - and yes I had been doing the dreaded Kegels.
Thanks girls, keep up the great work Now if only we could do something about world peace!

...Gardengirl. It is our solidarity that will change the world around prolapse treatment, which posts like yours help to create. Thank you!
