When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

3rd Degree
About a year or so ago my POP (I have all of em but led by the bladder) Was outside of my body.
It was like a walnut annoying me continually.
Now - It is back inside and POPpy (as i call her) and I have made ''friends'' we manage to share to same body without arguments.
I feel it most when I am on a heavy period, other than that I hafta say in the past few months I havent even had to give POPpy a thought.
I hope that you can get a hold on your POP - It will take time - But it IS do-able!
I do not have the latest DVD so I am not able to inform you as to what is on it - But all I do know is that you CAN get the POP to become less of a nuisance - It will be with you - Prolly for life - But you CAN live WELL with Prolapse - I fell totally to bits at one point when I thought it would never get better - And now - I can say it DID improve - So much - And if a pessimist as I can do it - You can too!!

Hi kea7721
Welcome to the forum!
Do you still have your uterus or have you had any surgical attempts at repair to your pelvis? If you still have you uterus and your support system is intact, then yes, there should be a lot of help for you here for sure. You'll see that there is a whole world beyond 'strengthening the pelvic wall' though this is part of it for sure. I would get the DVD as soon as possible; the workout on there is a must.
It is a bit of work to re-learn how to identify and engage different muscles. Don't worry, there are many women here to help you out! If you pull up your pelvic floor in a standing position, your tail will tuck and your abs will engage. WW is not about pulling up the pelvic floor as must as placing the pelvis in an angle that will naturally engage them - not tighten them.
There is so much info on these forums about the posture.....just read read read and ask questions. We are here for you!

re 3rd degree prolapse bladder
I do believe that with following Christine's exercises and remembering good female posture, you will be able to reduce the prolapse and hopefully be comfortable enough.
I have already found a difference in my prolapse, it seems to have reseded quite a bit since I started doing the exercises and posture.
Remember that you also need to bend forward to urinate so that the bladder empties itself out completely and make sure that you are not constipated, the straining to evacute your bowels will increase the prolapse
Thanks to Christine, I have started a workshop in Toronto, Canada for women with prolapse and it includes yoga classes too.
Perhaps you can check out your area, even speak to a yoga teacher who can help you out with exercises and posture.
Good luck to you

3rd Degree Bladder Prolapse
Hi Aza,
That you for your encouraging words. Yes, I still my uterus and no surgical attempts to repair my pelvis. I am glad I did not listen to my gyno when she told me I needed to get it repaired and in the process she would just go ahead and do a hysterectomy. There are days when I hardly notice it at all, but lately those are getting less and less. On the days I am tired, forget it, I might as well planning on sitting all day because it drives me crazy. I will get the DVD if you think it will help. I do have the book, so I did not know if I needed both.

Thank you doglovertoronto.
Thank you doglovertoronto. It's good to hear some positive feedback. That gives me hope. I wish I could find a yoga teacher here that was knowledgeable in this. If you know of one in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area, let me know.
Thanks,
Kathy
