When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

super!!
alright new_mama. I have about 100 thoughts for you.
1. you've been told you have a short vaginal canal. Now if you can lift your cervix 4 inches inside your vagina- that must be the top for you? Do you ever remember your vagina being any deeper than this?
2. You are just 8 weeks postpartum right? I can not believe that you can nauli already!! that is fantastic. You must have some amazing muscle memory.
3. This takes time. When I first started nauli, my cystocele would stay up for a few minutes, then a bit longer, then 15 min and so on- it took months of practicing every day- but I reversed my cystocele completely.
4. you need wholewoman posture to keep your cervix up inside there :)
once you pull it in- then pull into wholewoman posture.
5. Why it might feel worse- what to do about it. That is some pretty dynamic moving of your muscles, facia, and ligaments. You can be sore, tired, and feeling a bit worse off. It's just like any exercise. You work hard- rip down muscles, and then they build back up stronger.
You can try to nauli while you are lying down in bed- before you go to bed for the night. Maybe insert some wet cotton balls to keep it up all night.
You can nauli, then rest on the floor for a while and deep breathe.
You can nauli and then get on your hands and knees for a time (as long as you like really).
You are so so so early postpartum. This is going to get so much better. Learn the posture well and I bet your uterine prolapse will be asymptomatic in less than a year.

I will be 8 weeks pp on
I will be 8 weeks pp on wednesday. I don't ever remember my vaginal canal being bigger then it was when I did that! You just can't look in the mirror when you do it cuz it looks awful! When I showed my hubby he looked like he wanted to be sick! I have always had a strong core so that probably helps. Something must be screwed with my body though or I wouldn't have my cervix hanging out! I just don't understand why this happened to me when there are thousands of women who give birth in worse shape then me! Anyway I'm going to keep trying this n see what happens. Its worth a shot I suppose... Oh ya this is kinda embarassing but when I let my pelvic muscles rest I expel an unbelieveable amount of air out of my vagina!

about the air
at some point you will be able to kegel the opening shut and not pull in air in but for now, no big deal- it an abdominal vacuum so it sucks up the air- if you do it in the bath you will suck up water.
If you want you can lie down and do it with your legs squeezed shut you won't pull air.
