When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

~Everyday Is A New Opportunity To Learn And Live~
Good morning clavicula...It just seems that I have a new opportunity to learn and live. I think this is becoming a life journey. A month ago, when I had the third stage prolapse of my bladder I was horrified and scared. Then I found this wonderful site and knew I wasn't alone in this battle to save my health. Here, at Whole Woman, I have found renewed hope and acceptance. A reason to rejoyce and move forward. Wishing you a blessed day....Rose

Thank you, SweetRoseMarie, for your lovely words. Yes, as the world of women begins to understand that prolapse and incontinence are *only* under their own control, the devastation of the female side of humanity will come to an end. It is important to realize that urogynecology was created around these conditions and quite truly has nothing to offer women! Perhaps the occasionally well-fitting pessary or referral to a helpful PT, but other than that, their treatments are based on misconception of how the female body functions. We are changing that, no doubt. :) Christine

~Taking Baby Steps & Enjoying Every Minute~New Outlook~
I agree Christine. Change is in the air for women's health. Taking back our bodies and our spirits from the misguided medical community. I will not say they are wrong on every account.....BUT.....On some points they seem to turn a blind eye. They continue on with their *possibly well intentioned surgery* even though that very same surgery is causing undue pain and misery. Without admitting that this avenue of approach is a failure they will continue to harm rather than help. I will never say that, in the future, surgery will not enter inhto my life. With a multitude of health issues I may face that hurdle again one day. I will say, however, that a fresh new approach to an age old problem brings us hope that we can recover our health and free our spirits. So I take my baby steps and I enjoy each moment in time.
