Going Without Knickers/Panties

Body:

OK then....out in left field with this one BUT...Going without panties/knickers can be a real joy. No chafing and seems that the bulge isn't as noticable. I know...I know...Horrors that I would even suggest this...BUT...what works...works. Had terrible chafing from my third stage cystocele and nothing was working. Not oiling or washing or any of the tried and true measures. SO...decided to try the old way of healing the sensitives. Remembered my mum used to say that as a child I had such sensitive sking that the doc said to ait thing out a bit. Worked then and seems to be working now. Not going nude just wearing loose fitting shorts and nothing between. This is the most relief I've had in nearly three weeks. Now if I could find a source for the Bliss Balm everyone speaks of...maybe I could bring this all around right again. *Smiles* for everyone day! Rose

Hi SweetRoseMarie,

I used to do this a lot, especially in the summer around the house and garden. Haven't tried it for ages, but it does feel liberating - might give it a try for my 'puffy' rectocele and sore behind!

I love going without panties. If I am at home in what I call my "loungewear" - another word for crappy clothes - I am doing it without panties. I've always done that, even before the 'celes. So much more comfy!

A hygiene advantage of no knickers is that you don't get cross contamination from anus to vagina via knickers, which helps prevent flush and urinary tract infections. I also think leaving your pubic hair a bit long helps to protect against chafing. Pubic hair does have a function, after all!

I have posted previously about little short half slips with high slits at the sides. These are good for modesty and to protect outer clothing from discharges.

Morning Ladies...Yes...free to be...Healing seems to be speeded up. I had some bad chafing and it is now almost completely gone with only a few days of *air time* Mother Nature is a wonderous thing. If we stick with the ways things were intended our bodies respond with improved health. So a more natural approach to posture, food and lifestyle seem to be the best course of action. Have a bright and happy day! Rose
