WW DVD ? When can I start exercises?

I'm almost 4 weeks PP. When can I start the exercises on the WW DVD? Do I have to wait till my buldge goes away? I am reading the book and loved the DVD! Thank you Christine!!!

Goobug, you can start the WW work right now! The important thing is to have fun with it and understand how creative it really is. Look around at your environment, your clothing, and see how you can make your world more conducive to your deeper feminine self.

You can nurse part of the time sitting upright using the strength of your own spine. Push your belly well over your thighs and pull up throughout the back of your neck and head. Prop pillows under your arms for support. Walk with your bubba on your shoulder, lifting your chest to give both of you good support. Imagine this posture pushing your pelvic organs forward and against your lower abdominal wall.

It is best to wait at least another three or four weeks before doing the abdominal and breath work. If you like the beginning standing exercises, you can begin those now.

I hope I can convince you not to be in too big a hurry to get rid of the bulge. It will subside in time and for now is helping to prevent urinary incontinence.

Thank you Christine! I am very excited about your work. I have been reading and watching the videos! I appreicate your advice. I am thankful to have found your site and have a very supportive hubby. He has been very encouraging and wanted me to buy your bundle and join the WW membership. It is all very fascinating! Interesting about the urinary incontinence and bulge.
