Correct posture?

Body: 

I'm new to this & trying to work on the posture. It feels & looks awkward to me & makes me look swagback, which I didn't think was healthy. Am I over extending?

Yes, you may be overdoing it. Try forgetting about the lumbar curve for now and just concentrate on the other aspects - head/neck extended, shoulders down, belly relaxed, knees soft, and feet straight ahead. The lower back will take care of itself.

This is a stretched-out feeling that becomes very pleasurable with time. Stay with it, but don't overdo and rest when you can.
