When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

wow
That is great feedback, octaviel. The days of corsetry to shape (or, more correctly, misshape) the natural female form must end soon, for the sake of reproductive organs everywhere!

keeping warm
thanks for sharing! clothing makes such a difference, doesn't it! loose is so much better. I've really changed to mostly wearing skirts post POP, all year long. I now have a great collection and enjoy them! the challenge is keeping legs warm. i get lots of leggings that i can wear with boots, and stretchy cotton tights, all in too bigs sizes so they don't press on my belly. With some tights i fold them over so they are much lower, though then they still can press on my bladder and make me have to pee more (not good in cold as i already pee a ton!). leggings or long johns good under loose trouserss as well, but i just never find they feel as good on my pop--skirts don't touch at all, so are just so much better.

Clothing
So pleased to hear of your success/improvement with the looser clothing. I have got rid of my zip trousers and bought elasticated (but not tight) waist trousers. When I was younger it was the fashion to wear pantie girdles and only after reading WW do I realise how damaging they have been - all for the sake of a flat stomach! I've been doing firebreathing and "downward dog" exercises regularly throughout each day and I do feel as though there's been some improvement. I try to hold the posture as much as possible and it's becoming second nature now.
Must get back to writing out Christmas cards!!
Regards,
Fleur.

Different
What a difference, right?
Yeah, I got rid off all my tight fitting jeans as well. How uncomfortable they were, even in pre-POP years! :)
I like low/loose waist clothes a lot!

Don't put your jeans in the garbage!
They will make great potholders or a big tote bag! I think the potholder video is still up at Christine's Cottage. This will be a fit ending for a pair of impossible pants. Happy sewing!

Yeah for Pocket Potholders!
Good suggestion Louise, easy instructions, and I have a pair of "pockets with the red tab" ready to go, save the cotton batting that I am going to purchase sometime this week :)
Check out the video all!
