Changes

Body:

Thank you for your reply Louise.
Not surprisingly WholeWoman is a holistic approach. I think in order to start the path of self healing my prolapse I will need to make postive changes in various aspects of my life. I knew some of my lifestyle was unhealthy, but for what seemed v.g. reasons at the time, I perservered with for what I thought was 'the greater good'. My prolapse is an early warning sign that actually ones health is a major priority.
I am so looking fwd to receiving Christine's educational support material!
Love & best wishes to all,
WholeWomanUK

You are right. In a sense, POP is the canary in the mine. Health is a whole person and whole body thing.

:-)

Hi there,
I agree health is a whole person and whole body thing and it has taken me a while to listen to what my body has been telling me (I have a cystocele prolapse) & finally I have given in and have started to modify my lifestyle too. I have recently taken delivery of the First Aid for Prolapse DVD and already find the WW posture a great help. I am getting to know the exercises too. I still am on my feet for long hours up to 3 days per week but I also hope to do something about that in the future. I refuse to discuss health issues with my family or friends (boring) so finding the WW website has been a fantastic source of interesting and helpful information. It is very comforting to hear that I am NOT the ONLY person in the world with this problem :)
