When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Possible cyst?
Hi Mom30,
I had a complex cyst rupture in January - very uncomfortable, lots of pelvic pressure - especially on bladder and bowels. However, leading up to this, I had several months of more significant ovulation pain. My symptoms from the cyst are better, and I just ovulated with less pain and less pain with my period too! I'm not saying it's a cyst, and it is common to have functional cysts, but it's worth checking out. It's often the complex cyst or dermoid cyst that can be more symptomatic. A hands on palpation of the abdomen/pelvic contents and and ultrasound of the pelvis (transvaginal) can help determine the diagnosis.
Hope that helps!

I actually have noticed that
I actually have noticed that my hair has thinned out quite a bit as well. Not sure if it's related or not. I'm only 35!

ovulation pain
I used to get it absolutely horribly--so badly that once i nearly went to hospital it was so unbearable. i did see a doctor and i was told i'd have to go on the pill to stop ovulating but refused. I am not a fan of pain killers, but found anti inflammatory ones did help a lot at that time of the month and meant i could cope. not ideal, but got me through those few days / month.
it did disappear but i can't actually tell you why... i vaguely recall having taken some herbs to help, but this was a loooonnnggg time ago.
and hasn't returned with POP, so doesn't seem related in my case.
