When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

soreness
Hi and welcome, Iris,
It's impossible for anyone to know, not being able to see and evaluate what you are doing.
We don't hear of abdominal aching beyond basic muscle soreness. Yes, by all means slow down and see if the soreness subsides.
Wish I could be of more help, but until I have an army of teachers, all I can do is put the WW posture and exercises out there and wish women all the best.
Wishing you well,
Christine

soreness
Christine,
Thank you for your reply. In rereading what I wrote and your reply, I used the wrong word for my question. It is more of a pulling that I feel not pain. I do have a rectocele and cystocele so it wonderful to have an alternative to surgery. Posture is becoming easier everyday. I am loving your dvd and all the information it provides. I will be going out of the country for a month and my dvd player and your dvd will be traveling with me!

Abdomen Soreness
Hi Iris,
I'm not Christine but if it is a tinderness in your abdomen, I was bothered with the same thing for a long period of time. It wasn't due to any exercises and I now believe it was more my digestive system than the POP. Anyway, about a month ago I started eating live organic yogurt at least once a day and my tinderness left in less than a week and has not returned. I believe the yogurt made things right. I also use it as a lubricant for my POP and that has been helped too. I buy the plain then I can mix my own fresh, frozen or canned fruit with it. Another little trick that I do is sprinkle flavored gelatin in it. I know the flavored gelatins aren't the healthiest things but they can help you get use to the natural yogurt taste if you are someone that really doesn't care for it.
