When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Deep breath, apis
I thought I read in one of your most recent posts that you do not have a prolapse, no? Why would you need a pessary? Are you still having symptoms that makes you think your and your doctors evaluations are wrong? You could try a tampon, sea sponge, or organic cotton balls -- many women report that these perform better, are more conveinient, and less expensive than a pessary -- if you really think you need the support while on holiday. Please don't be offended by this, but you write of quite a bit of anxiety. Is there something else going on in your life causing these feelings of panic to be focused on your vagina? Take a deep breath. Unless you plan on lifting some cars, doing several thousand crunches a day, or straining on the toilet until you pass out, it is *very* unlikely that any POP you might have will worsen to the point of no return. Enjoy your holiday -- many women report that a break in thinking about their parts is excellent medicine. It sure is for me!

Thanks for that, I have just
Thanks for that, I have just read your post from March too, and it gives me great inspiration. I know I have blown everything out of proportion. My symptoms are on the outside so the infection that the drs diagnosed is making me more aware of my vagina. No there is nothing else going on in my life, I am happily married with two teenage boys, two dogs, chickens, and bees, I am very busy, perhaps thats why, I am just trying to find a problem. I am do tend to go off on stress attacks if anything happens to my health, because being a wife and mother I am the lynch pin to family life and harmony.
Your advice is wonderful, and the comments of lifting cars and straining til I pass out made me laugh, and a break in thinking is definitely needed.
thanks again
