When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Thanks so much, Christine. I
Thanks so much, Christine. I discovered your site and book over a year ago, and they have pulled me back from the brink! During that time I have participated in a few different dance and/or exercise classes, and realized that the only movement programs I really should be pursuing are yours. I've put off purchasing DVD's but now it's time. Still trying after all this time to make the posture a habit while walking - but it's amazing how we are taught throughout life to do everything just the opposite! So I'm also doing treadmill walks to help with that. You are a lifesaver, Christine!

Everything we have ever been taught ...
Yes, Surviving60. You are right. You know why? We have to be taught all that stuff that exercise people and fashion people try to ram down our necks, because it is stuff that doesn't come naturally. You know why? Because our bodies are designed *not* to do these crazy things. They are not natural! I never realised that before. I always thought I was stupid or lazy or something because I could never hold my tummy in habitually, or stop my non-existent butt sticking out, or keep my eyebrows in neat lines or fit in to the jeans in the shops.
Thankyou for giving me a lightbulb moment.
Louise
