When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Fibroids shrinking in menopause
Hi trumper1, my experience is that they do! In my mid 40's I was sent for an ultrsound scan, as I was getting abdominal pain on one side most nights upon lying down in bed.The scanner said to me..wow you have a couple of fibroids one big one small, and she seemed amazed I was not having heavier periods, although they were by no means light! I wasn't on any birth control, just my asthma meds at the time.My doctor said we could wait for a bit and see what they do and how the pain goes. For some reason , I now can't remember, I decided to watch my diet, and cut down on fat, and fatty cooking. Not that mine was that bad anyways according to hubby. And that seemed to work for me.Whenever the pain reared its ugly head, was a reminder to watch my diet and also my stress levels which were quite high then too.
A decade later ,after losing 12 kgs, my then doctor examined my abdomen in and out , and said no sign whatsoever of fibroids, he couldn't beleive Id ever had any!Im posts meno a fews years later now ;-)
If I look back, I can agree with so much that Louise says in her posts about the turmoil of midlife and menopause and the calm that comes after. In mind and body.I need to say that I have a sensitive body, and can't get away with much.I would suggest to anyone that getting in tune with what your body tells you, stop and listen, do you get indigestion eg if so, what foods are doing that? for me its fizzy drinks of any kind, spicy foods and fatty foods, but funnily enough not the fish and chips from our local chippie.
I try and make everything from scatch eg not jars or packets of additives, they are another trigger.Alas I do have some downfalls I get away with . I am now off my asthma meds and just take health supplements now and then, I am in two minds about them as well....always learning new stuff and keeping an open mind :-) all the best!
Sorry I have not heard of Vitylzim. I
