tuppler technique

Body:

I've seen mention of the tuppler technique here. when I tried to google it I found some information but not alot describing the exercises. I'm very curious about this method and how it fits in with Wholewoman philosophy.
I have my doubts about the brace, am thinking that compression around the belly will likely push organs down and out, but without actually seeing the thing in person and trying it on, I am withholding judgement. (maybe its not tight? I don't know).

is anyone here familiar with the exercises and willing to describe them?
thanks

thanks christine. I couldnt find any description of the exercises when I searched last night.
navel to spine, floor work on your back, so basically same old same old.

if that's the case, I'd say not so compatible with WW. It would probably make a prolapse a whole lot worse. not worth it imo, especially since my diastasis is gone now, thanks to firebreathing, posture and nauli.
