Yeast infection? Bladder worse~

Hi I did post on an old post that discussed yeast but am in need of some support or reassurance ~ I have not done as many exercises as last month (no good reason) and have what appears to be a yeast infection and my cystocele seems worse than ever. Could it be the yeast? Could anyone tell me if it was a little bit of a roller coaster for them - doing great - then not so great. I still hold the posture to the best of my ability. I do the exercises as im moving through the day if i cant focus for the full tape segment. I am feeling so discouraged ... Anybody's reassurance would help. Thanks!

I am not sure about the yeast infection affecting things but assume you have some treatment for it - we all get days where we wonder if it will ever get better but it must - get the yeast problem sorted and carry on - youre on the rightg track - hugs elcie

Yes Ang, it is a constant roller coaster especially at the beginning. If you've been slacking off a bit on posture and exercise, could that be contributing to your slowdown? Yeast infection probably isn't helping.

I have on the exercising but still hold the posture. I think the yeast thing just threw me under the bus. Thanks ~ I just get so angry sometimes that I have another body issue, but at the same I'm grateful I always find some resolve and learn more about the nuances of the body. And then I panic. I appreciate the comment.

Hi Ang, I can agree with Surviving about Yes it is a roller-coaster in the beginning. I'm only 9 weeks into this and I have found I'll be doing great and then boom I'm having a bad day. I do think that our stress and emotions do have something to do with it though. Someone else on the forum said this and I found that she was right. Try to keep your chin up. It may be nothing that you are physically doing or not doing. It will get better with time. Just keep the WW Posture at all times if you can. I find waking when I am feeling my prolapse the most seems to help me. I think Christine said this also. I just go out and take long relaxed strides while keeping my back foot onthe ground as long as I can. I keep my chest up a bit and take in deep breaths through my nose. This helps me and it may help you or someone else on the forum I hope. Hang in there and I'm sure it will get better. I have found like many others that this program works. Best wishes to you.

I had vaginal thrush earlier this year and it made my cystocele 20 times worse. I felt dragging and a bubbly type sensation in my vagina and I was exhausted all the time. At the time I didn't really associate the two but as soon as the thrush cleared all that went away. I could only conclude that the inflamed and irritated tissues just made everything feel so much worse.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I read this on my phone earlier in the week and then kept forgetting to log in on the computer and say thanks. I agree the inflammation and such made it way worse. i still having itching and irritation, but I'm pretty sure the yeast infection is gone and things are MUCH more bearable. I also do believe in the connection of mind/body/spirit. I am reading a very interesting book by Mona Lisa Schulz Awakening Intuition ... about just that. Cellular memory and how our bodies are intuitive and constantly communicating with us to clear old traumas and imbalances in our lives. Reproductive organs are within the 2nd Chakra and the balance between Power and Vulnerability in each chakra is key. Anyway, I felt like she was writing to me as I read some of the case study examples. Although different symptoms, similar in many ways. So, thanks for the encouragement. Despite much understanding and trust I still have set backs here and there and always appreciate being set straight:)

Ang, your welcome. That book you are reading sound very interesting. I may look into reading it myself. I have had some child-hood traumas myself. Hope the book helps you. Let me know if it does. O.K.? By the way - are you from Kentucky?? You don't have to answer that if you feel you would like to keep that private. Anyway I am living in Kentucky and am wondering if anyone out there is also in my neck of the woods. Oh, well, maybe I'll never know. I'm glad things are much more bearable for you. Hang in there.

Im still reading it ... I tend to skip around and go to sections that interest me. I read her first book: the new feminine brain and enjoyed that read. I'd say this book is helping me. I was able to identify that I was excessive in my power vs vulnerability in this chakra: I really isolated myself a bit and delved into a lot of solitude (which was necessary) after my brother died a few years ago, but I had gotten to where I felt like I didn't need anybody around at all but realize I do. For various reasons ... But to make a long story short - the timing of this was right for me. She's lead me to see the lifestyle patterns in a way. When I discovered my prolapse and this site and perimenopause was beginning I bought a few books and have been on a mission. I also see a healer. If you ever want her name - she's excellent and can work long distance.

Also I have been trying to walk more based on your recommendation:). I am not in Kentucky unfortunately.
