DVD advice

Hello Dear Ladies, I am wondering what we should be striving for in an "ideal" sense regarding the DVD work. Should we do the Prolapse DVD every day along with a yoga one, or is it enough to do the Prolapse one one day and then a yoga one alternating days? In addition I am doing a 3 mile walk almost every day. Thank you so much.

Nightingale, I will give you my personal answer to your question. Others may differ.

If you are walking 3 miles almost every day in excellent posture, then you are WAY ahead of the game. Anything else you have time for in the course of the day, is icing on the cake!

I watch my DVD's like movies sometimes. I don't necessarily go through the routines, because my opportunities for workouts are limited. But I study all the moves so they're ingrained in my head. Then when I have a free moment, I do some moves. I have numerous favorites. If I had more time, I would do more workouts. I always marvel at how good they make me feel, and I wish I was doing them more. But just the knowledge I get from watching the moves enables me to do good things with my body as I go throughout my workday and afterwards.

The ideal, is to do whatever works for you! The more the better, but even a little goes a long way if done the WW way. - Surviving
