When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Skyping
Hi MsNightingale
I have not tried offering a Skype consultation yet, but it is definitely on my list of things to experiment with. Australia is a very big country, and most of the population lives on the east coast, two or three hours difference in time zone, depending on the time of year. It is only possible to do so much by email and phone. Show and tell will be potentially much more useful.
If anyone knows any health practitioners or exercise people who use Skype to work with clients I would very much to talk or Skype with them to see how it works best. Please email me louise at wholewoman.com if you know anyone I could talk with about their experiences doing this.

Thank you dear Louise
I love your response. I do not know anyone, but was once asked if I would skype cello lessons from a distance too far to drive. I didn't since I felt they would do better with a hands-on teacher. But, for this is would be like a miracle. Maybe offering phone consultations or skype's --- whatever the fee, it would be worth it's weight in gold until we can get to a teacher in person.

Hello Dear Heavenlyflower
I cannot answer the firebreathing and high blood pressure so we will leave that to Louise. But, skyping is like talking on a computer. Each person can sign up for skype (there are free downloads) and then when you speak over computer, you actually see the other person. I was thinking that because of the detail of our developing and fine-tuning and all of that, it would be so good to meet with Christine or one of the teachers via skype so they could see what exactly we are doing (or not doing) for our developing posture. All the best to you and your name is so beautiful.

Skyping
Hello MsNightingale, Thank you for your sweet words about my name. Thank you for explaining what skyping is, your ideas are wonderful this would be one way we could all put a face to our names, my Granddaughter does skyping with her computer pal who lives in Connecticut. It is so super to have so many
(Akamai) smart people in the Hawaiian language.
Mahalo and much ALoha,

Firebreathing and BP
Here are some words from Christine on the subject of firebreathing and blood pressure:
“We must always give caution about all aspects of the WW work, but in a healthy woman I can't think of anything much safer than WW firebreathing. One's blood pressure would have to be extremely labile to be affected simply by accentuating the normal breath cycle. Use caution, check with your doctor, but in my opinion if firebreathing is raising one's blood pressure - they would probably benefit from doing it more often………My greatest caution with firebreathing…is the *decrease* in blood pressure that accompanies the stomach vacuum. Light headedness and fainting are possible in someone not used to much exercise.”
Here is the entire thread if you would like to read it.

I know a psych who Skypes....
Hi Louise,
I know of a psychiatrist in Melbourne who skypes clients if they are too far away to visit in person. Would their info be of any use to you?
Kind regards,
LB
