When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi - I read this site a long time ago - always kept the url
http://www.mercola.com/2005/nov/3/dont_push_your_baby_out.htm
with my last I pushed only once (poss twice)!
I just waited and waited and then my belly went like concrete and I knew I HAD to push!
So I did - I think it was one push but may have been two - Certainly no more. The midwife kept telling me i could push - But i just breathed through it and refused - LOL
You will be ok!
Worse thing is (my first was forceps which did the damage - my second was fasttttttttt labour - my third was in labour for like 2 days argh) the midwife kinf of pulled on the cord - I willa dmit i asked her to as I was so exhausted, i wish i hadnt! but - evenb after all that my POP is OK! Thanks to this web site.

Experienced birthing moms
Hi Honeycomb - there are a number of moms here who have good experience and advice on pregnancy and birthing with prolapse. One thing you can do is to click on the word "forums" under the Navigation section above, and it will bring you to a topic view of the forums where you can more easily search for relevant posts. Use the search box for keywords too. Good luck! - Surviving

I'm okay so far
Hi Honeycomb,
I'm late to the discussion, but just wanted to let you know I have a prolapsed bladder and uterus and delivered my baby naturally without any problems in late August. My midwives were aware of my prolapse and took care during the third stage (the hospital didn't allow anything other than managed third stage). My labour was fast - I spent a short amount of time upright, some time on my knees and the final pushing stage was on my back (this was my own choice as it was the most comfortable and least exhausting position for me at that time). Only 2 weeks postpartum now but no problems so far.
Hope that helps.
