When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Welcome dspirit
I am happy that you found this site and committed to going the natural route. It is very normal to feel some pain or ache in the beginning with this posture and the exercises. I went too quickly at first so I wanted to advise you to really commit to the posture, maybe do the daily walk in great form and settle slowly into the exercises. It is best to start with a little and work your way up. I am assuming you have the book as well as the DVDs. Rest often if you can and that will help you through the initial getting-used-to-it phase. I am post meno but found that in 2 weeks all discomfort was gone and the posture (although I still focus constantly on it) started to feel good. I do not know what dissloving the fibroid means, but I too had fibroids and now post meno they have shrunk and are no issue at all. Best wishes to you.

Thank you that really helps...
me to know that what I'm feeling is in-line. I'm glad you mentioned to take it easy in the beginning b/c I have a tendency to get too carried away in the beginning. Regarding the fibroid---fortunately, I have been able to work with two women who have assisted numerous women to dissolve their fibroids naturally with herbs and dietary changes. Thus far after one month my period that went on for ten days is now down to five...I lost tremendous blood w clots and that has reduced by my more than half. I am grateful. Thank you again for your response!

Good luck dear dsppirit
It sounds like you are in good hands. I had such flow back in the days. It sounds like you may have found something to tame it. I wish you the best of luck.

Hi dspirit and welcome. Glad
Hi dspirit and welcome. Glad to have you here, and I just want to join in reminding you not to overdo at the beginning. Whole Woman isn't specifically an exercise program, but rather, it is a return to natural posture that you will be using all the time for the rest of your life. Start getting used to that feeling, and supplement with WW exercises when you feel up to it. The important thing is to start training the body to do this naturally. The exercises help strengthen the muscles you'll need for this work, and these are muscles that have been lazy for years! It's a wonderful life change. I'm into my third year, and things just keep getting better for me. - Surviving

thank you...fibroid links
Hi permalink, thank you for the inspiring words. I'm looking forward to feeling as good as you are in the next three years too! Here's the the links herbsistahs.com. (She sells a drink called Fibroid Free that she ships out all over the world. The other is a Naturopath named Dr. Akilah...celestialwellnesshealing.com. Dr. Akilah has a totally amazing story, healing herself from uterine cancer and fibroids. She has quite a few videos on youtube---she will do a teleconference with you for $75 and write you up a fibroid dissolving food diet and herbs. Both of these amazing ladies have had phenomenal success with helping women. I hope this was helpful. In fact, here's the number for Esha (Fibroid-Free drink lady) 404-244-5565. Both these ladies live in the Atlanta area, Dr. Akilah also lives in Germany but is always available to do telephone consults.
