When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Thanks.

Searching
I'm looking on the left side and only seeing Who's online, Who's new, Active Forum, New Forum, Blog, and Comments. Am I on the wrong web page? My address bar says wholewoman.com/drupal

Posture - thanks!
I think it's a wonderful idea to put this illustration there. Thanks for the effort Christine. I did find it easily, I guess lucky. It helps with the shoulder positioning and I also find that the detailed explanations are helpful to me with the visuals.
But, I think that the chin is too tucked on the left illustration and the tummy looks completely sucked in on the rigth. Or is it just me?
Cheers

I'm sorry you don't like the illustration. We tried to show the slight pulling up of the last pair of ribs in the front-facing pic, yet portrayed the belly as not sucked in in the side view. I know the tucked chin is a bit much, but sometimes if you don't exaggerate a bit, people don't get it. We'll keep trying.

Need to
Remove her arm and show the exact 'dip' you need in the spine...
Cos the woman just looks normal - Need to show a before and after type thing to show us what we are trying to achieve posture wise...
I know it is complicated - Her arm is covering spine etc and that is what we need to see :(

New Posture Illustration
Thank you, Christine! This drawing helped me a lot and it made me fee good because I now know what I thought it meant and what it is really matches. I didn't have much time to look at it before going to work so printed it out and studied it more thoroughly on my break then I showed it to Carrie when I went for my massage after work. She appreciated seeing it and knows of a couple of women she works on who will also be interested in it as well as this site. Also I've finally found some shoes that are making a difference in holding the posture.

hi
thanks for the drawing christine, it's really usefull in the way it itemises the work top to bottom but perhaps sue has a point about the back dip part being obscured a little by the arm.
Best wishes

Posture illustration
Christine, thanks a heap for this illustration. It's been enormously helpful to me, as I think I've been missing the pulling up on the rib part of the posture. Is it a slight "pulling up" aspect? If so, it facilitates more use of my breath, and other sort of intangibles in pulling up the organs. It's also had me developing some more stretches which also use the breath and facilitate upward movement. Your comments?
You're so right. This work happens on our feet. After more than 2 months here, I feel as if I'm only just beginnig to get it. I'd just love to do a personal session with you. If you plan to be in the Bay Area, please let me know!
