When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Dear boohootome
I just wanted to say hello and welcome to this site! You have been through an enormous amount and I am sure you will hear back from many women over these next couple of days. Great that you ordered the book. You might want to include the ordering of Christine's DVDs. In order to really strengthen the pelvic floor, you will really need to start as she does with the Basic Prolapse DVD. It is not about kegels as we know them, but about strengthening our whole body, starting with the arches of the feet working on upward. The DVD will guide you through a couple of levels and if you are practicing each day or at least a few times each week, you will gain strength and of course as you might already know, the real change is in the posture. The posture is the key and although it takes some time to master, you can start now by pulling down the posture video in the FAQs. For most of us it takes a huge effort and constant reminders and tweeking but the rewards are very great. Start there and over time you can add the DVD workouts. Post all of your questions and concerns. Love and Best Wishes to you!

Hi boohoo. First I want you
Hi boohoo. First I want you to put "anal sphincter" into the search box up above, and see what you can find in the way of discussion. Our main teacher/moderator is away for a few days, but I'm getting some flashbacks on some threads on that very topic. Obviously a complication that the majority of us prolapsed ladies don't have to deal with. You are so wise to avoid going under the knife right now, if you possibly can. There is no guarantee of things not getting worse. I'd even like to suggest you might want to consider a personal consult with Christine. Meanwhile - glad you're here, glad you're determined to watch out for your own best interests! This is a fabulous community and we'll do whatever we can to make your journey a good one. - Surviving
