When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

RE: update on progress
I just ordered the sponge as well but am having trouble with them. Did you have trouble putting them in? They feel so scratchy? I did wet it. Any advice you can give? Thanks.
Sincerely,

RE: update on progress
yes, I had trouble at first. Even when I wet the sponge. I cut it down to make it smaller and that helped. And I just used it occassionally at first. Took a break for a week. Then I tried it again and now I am more comfortable and forget I have it in. I use it on the weekend when I am not at work to experiment and get used to it.

Welcome Nancieelee,
For a very few dollars it's sure worth a try...but hopefully you will also utilize the posture for the best long-term results.
Wishing you well,
Christine

RE:sponges
oops...I was just corrected by Shayla...
"What the lady called about was to see if they could exchange links on the wholewoman.com website and they would like to put one on their site too. I took down their info and gave it to Lanny, and he was the one who mentioned being a distributor.
She was really excited about how many women have been using this product as a pessary successfully and she's had many women calling requesting it even though she does not advertise this particular use of the sponges."

Sponges & Christine's Book
Hi Everyone,
I just want to say how grateful I am to have found this site! I would have NEVER found out about sea sponges had I not logged on! The sea sponge works so well that I am not even aware of my prolapse during the day. I can stand, exercise, clean or whatever without that heavy uncomfortable feeling by day's end. This is truly life-changing for me. Last night my husband and I went to a fundraising event for our son's school. There was lot's of standing -- I was dreading it, but the sponge worked like a charm! I also want to say that now have my very own copy of Christine's book, I have found I am devouring the information contained in her book. Ever since I suspected prolapse, even before confirming wiht my doctor, I was seaching for answers. I searched websites and books, nothing even came close to the information supplied in in Christine's book. The information contained about the female anatomy and even the pictures of what the different prolapses look like are so helpful. I'm amazed how little information there is out there on the subject. I read Christine's own story and felt so saddened for her that RIGHT after her surgery she had problems -- how devastating that must have been. I am in awe of how she created and changed her life from a point of desperation. It seemed the medical community she belonged to had actually failed her in the end. Thanks so much Christine for sharing your personal story and sparing me my "natural design"...I starting to feel like surgery might be the only answer for me. I have been trying to change my posture and be more aware of how I sit, stand, etc. This is hard work, but I'm sure well worth the effort. I hope to be able to write in one day saying I have achieved some level of success. Thanks again for all you do. Much peace to all, April

RE%3A update on progress
Hi Moselle, I also am waiting for the delivery of sponges. So glad to hear that you are happy with them. I'm 61, and the weekends are hectic. I have to care for Mom and do her errands and cleaning so I am on my feet a lot. Not too much time to exercise. I loved C.K.s book and will order video in May. Can't wait to learn "Posture". It is so good to hear from women who are having the same problems as I am! I have never been on the internet before I read her book! This is my 3rd week of ever, ever using the internet. What a wonder I have found. Thanks to all my chat room friends , Nancy

I would like to try the sponges when I am on vacation and walking
and hiking all day. Did you purchase them on line and if so
what is the name of the company.
Thanks
