When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Uro testing
Mika, I was looking back through a few of your past posts, and saw that you were supposed to go for some testing on January 31st. Did you get any results from that? Do you actually have to urinate every half hour, or is it just irritation and the feeling of having to pee and there’s nothing much there? - Surviving

No I urinate. I drink a lot
No I urinate. I drink a lot of water otherwise I will get bladder infections. I am not going for that testing it is invasive and does not tell anything. So this is not normal?

Drinking and peeing
Mika, if you are asking is this normal with prolapse, I can't say. Lots of members here have had similar issues and I hope we will hear from some of them. I have cystocele and rectocele, but no bladder issues. I only drink when thirsty, I empty carefully, and am blessed not to have bladder issues.
Lots of water followed by lots of peeing seems like a vicious cycle to me. Those kidneys have to work hard all the time. This is the only way that you can prevent getting an infection? - Surviving

Frequent urination
Hi Mika,
I think Surviving is on the right track here. Are you actually prone to bladder infections, or is this a preventative measure suggested by the doctor? And could it be possible that you have a bladder infection now?
If you don't and you are not prone to them, maybe you could reduce the amount of water you are drinking and see if this makes a difference to your frequency.

I am very prone to bladder
I am very prone to bladder infections for the last 14 years. If I drink water I do not get them.
Some one told me that I get bladder infections because I do not have enough estrogen in my vagina. Don't know if that is true about the estrogen.
Well I did figure out something else. Most of my stomach pain I think is stomach problems. My husband went to the store and bought a product like beeno. I eat a lot of green veggies, which cause gas. So either I stop eating things like that or will have to take a pill. I can't eat dairy or wheat either. But you know what, after taking the pill I got so much relief, my stomach is actually a lot smaller too. I could not believe the pain I was in. Everything is going haywire. LOL I eat healthy and look where it got me. At least the Amish meat I buy has not caused anything yet. Much more comfortable right now. Sorry I complain but my gosh no wonder people go into ER with pain. I am just happy I could figure it out. Thanks.

Eating healthy
Hi Mika, I’m happy too you could work something out. Eating healthy is tricky for it varies with the individual. Foods that create a lot of wind and incapacitate you to the extent you describe can only be considered healthy with a big but in my book.
Maybe, cut back a little on the beans and cabbage etc and inter space eating them with others that you can digest better. I found that was a better way to go. I can get away with certain veges in smaller quantities, but not if I eat them on consecutive days, and others are just going to do it every time no matter what.
And the rest of you doubters, don’t go blaming my cooking!
Cheers, Fab

urinating often
Hi Mika,
You sound like me a few weeks ago. I found I had a severe bladder infection though I had no burning with urinating. When I took 200 C arnica the swelling and inflammation went right away and I also took uva ursi tincture each day and the infection went away. I was amazed at how much better I felt. Hope it helps you. It is miserable to not be able to rest.
