When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Posture
Yes, there is a description in Christine's book. If you type posture into the search box at the top of the page, it is probably the most talked about topic. Most of us soon realise we have to get that right.
A rough description is that you stand with your feet parallel about six inches apart. Your knees are straight and point straight ahead directly over your ankles. Your shoulders are down, not pulled back like a soldier's. Your head too is straight. Imagine you are a puppet with a string drawn up from the centre of your skull. Your tummy is relaxed and you use diaphragm breathing so that your lower tummy pulls out on the inhale and comes in on the exhale.
Relaxation is the key. Be warned that initially it sounds so easy, but because it is re-aligning your muscular/ skeletal structure, maybe requiring you to breath differently from what you do normally and requires you to relax your lower tummy which many woman hold in and tight, it requires effort to hold and your back can ache.
The aches sometimes worry women because they fear they are doing it wrongly. If you think that, come back and ask questions about it.
Cheers, Fab

That's right
The abdomen becomes a soft curve from your lower tummy just above the rise of the pelvis up to below your ribs. Kiss good bye to the flat tummy and hello full lumbar curve and proud chested glory. To coin a phrase. It's a paradigm change but its true natural womanly beauty the likes of which you will see in the old paintings of the romantics.
best wishes, Fab
