When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I do remember a thread on
I do remember a thread on this topic too. I think a number of women here (myself included) felt that a full squat was not great for the prolapses. general consensis at the time was to shift your weight to your feet, lifting up of the toilet a bit.

Thanks, sweetie. How are you doing? I still remember your kind post to me when i first came here a few months ago. How are the little ones? Anything new in your routine regarding prolapse?

hi Marie
little ones are all home from school and keeping me very busy. The very good news here is that I am very busy and my prolapse is keeping quiet! I admit that I think about it often, but now I am thinking how lucky I am that it isn't bothering me! The only new thing I've been doing is taking red raspberry leaf extract in the first part of my cycle. I don't know why I chose to do it that way, just went with gut instinct.
what is new with you and yours?

I'm glad for you that you are having some relief from your symptoms. Wonderful. Keep sharing your ideas. gut instinct is a good way to go. It is certainly guiding me in my healing process. As a person of faith, I call that instinct the Divine Healer.
And, I'm going to try that raspberry leaf extract! How much to you use? I've got a great herbalist that that reminds me to call. I'll email her tonight! See, we help each other.
As for us, what changes is that all the kids are now out of school, and that's really fun for my dc. Especially since we have a next door neighbor that they like to play with a lot. My oldest has a run of 8 shows in the musical "Annie" starting in two weeks. So, it'll be Annie tunes sung from dawn til dusk in our house for the next month or so. Really cute. The baby is growing up so fast, 14 months today. He's adorable. And, our 4 year old is playing in her lovely 4-year old imaginary world at least half of the time. In my experinece, 4 is a wondrous age, and challenging, too.
Anyway, on and on.
Keep in touch.
