When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

IUD and firebreathing
Hi Pollyanna,
I hope the mirena works out for you. I have a paragard (copper IUD) and I can tell you that it does not like firebreathing or nauli. I can do a very little bit of either exercise sometimes without any trouble (usually a few days after ovulation is ok) but most of the time it makes me start spotting. especially if I'm close to ovulation or my period, when it will sometimes get me full-on bleeding.
My gyn had me back 6 weeks post insertion to ultrasound and be sure it was properly placed, for a few days prior to my visit I did tons of nauli. I figured if it was going to dislodge anything, I would know. positioning was not affected but like I said, it made me bleed some.
I know the mirena and the paragard work differently, but they are alike in that they are foreign bodies in the uterus. I would suggest that once your body is fully acclimated to the device, you very gently give it a try. and be aware that I am in no way giving medical advice.
I'm not a dr nor do I play one on the internet : )

Hi granolamom,
Hi granolamom,
Thanks for your thoughts and experience with your IUD. I thought there may be a problem - it makes sense as you say its something in the uterus that shouldn't be there. Would the same thing apply to the other exercises involving the stomach area? I think I might play safe and avoid nauli and firebreathing - I'm so fed up with all the problems I've been having that I'll just be grateful if my body accepts the Mirena and it sorts the bleeding to some degree. As I said, I'm running out of non-surgical options so I need this to work. I can still work on the posture!

not an option
Polly, when you say you are running out of non-surgical options, please remember that surgery is the least viable option of all of them. That is really our message here. - Surviving
