When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

yes
I notice cyclical changes in prolapse symtoms for sure. For the first two weeks in my cycle I have less symptoms and the closer I get to ovulation the worse I feel. I feel more pressure. After ovulation I feel more and more better as I near menstration. Then for the first few days of menstration I feel a lot of pressure.

I say yes, too.
The changes are very real and need to be responded to with rest and nourishment.
No one experiences cyclical changes more intensely than a woman with an adenomyosistic, prolapsed uterus, as mine was throughout my forties and early fifties. Please understand, young women, that menopause is a GIFT for those who persevere...an incredible lightness of being.

Starting periods
I'm coming up to six months postpartum and my baby is fast going off breastfeeding.. I still do three (tiny!) ones a day but I know I can't keep it going long as he's just not interested. I'm terrified of periods starting and things feeling worse, although some say things improve a little when breastfeeding stops. I know when I cut down on feeding I had less symptoms but that could have been coincidence. I had a really good run of about 3 weeks, then worse again for 2 and back to medium now.. it's so changeable but I'm scared of doing anything to make it worse! Any thoughts?
