When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Bon Voyage Curiosity
Dear Curiosity,
Wonderful news.
I have been on this forum for a year now, & am venturing back into the workforce with the confidence & knowledge that WWP has given me along with the tremendous support from the lovely ladies, Christine & Lanny, on this forum. I have done two shifts so far of 5hrs & 7hrs on my feet with no break & did fine.
Bon Voyage Curiosity!!
Best wishes

S60!! / progress!!
Hi Surviving 60,
You & others were instrumental in the support I received when I had a panic last year. Many thanks to you all!!
Looking back over what I wrote & after checking gyno reports later, I am lucky to have a uterus that is not retroverted. It felt like I had a blown up rubber glove sitting low in the vulval area. I did have my period at the time also which can mean the uterus moves about. I had started doing the posture & never had that feeling again.
My hips are a lot better, with only a minor adjustment needed the other day at work - I pull my leg bent at the knee across my body at hip level, which seems to fix the position.
Best Wishes to all
Have a wonderful WWP day
(((hugs)))

Here, here!
I signed on just now after seeing Christine's name in my email inbox and feeling reminded of not just her, but also of the WONDERFUL person who FIRST answered the phone when I called for help that first harrowing day of discovering "something" was awry. I wish I could remember her name at the moment - she had a British accent and was SUPERB, CALMING, UNDERSTANDING, WISE, AND QUICK about getting me further moral support and information. Upon hearing her voice, I felt instant hope. She understood from the get go and let me know right off what works and what doesn't. None of that usual silliness you get from doctor's offices where they won't give you a scrap of actual advice because they live in constant over-inflated fear of lawsuits. You save a lot of people through this site, by not giving way to lawsuit fear - and instead simply, helping people. So..I give a deep, profound thank you!

Yes, thank you!
This is exactly what I needed to hear!!! I'm just starting out so progress is still slow and it's easy to get discouraged, plus I am so isolated. I'm so glad I read your posts, it makes my day to think that yes, this really can be managed, and I can still do the things I love! Big hug to you all!
