When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Spiderweber - if your new
Hi Spiderweber - if your new yoga class is making your prolapse worse, it's because traditional yoga was designed by and for men, and until Christine came along, no one was pointing out how bad some of those moves were for female pelvic organ support. You might want to do some reading around this website, forum, blog and resources page. There you will find a great video called "The WW Approach to Pelvic Organ Prolapse and Urinary Incontinence" that will get you started on the concepts. When you have thoroughly learned and adopted this natural posture, then you can make corrections or move on to something that doesn't set you back, like this class. Christine has a whole line of prolapse-friendly yoga. First you must understand and fix posture. If you tend to hold in your belly, you need to get started on this. - Surviving

Yes, I have read lots around this site , and felt saddened by the fact that I would have to give the class up. Am definiatly thinking about the posture and trying to incorporate what I could from what I read. I was hoping w corrections I could do class w the posture in mind, but didn't know which DVDs would be the most helpful - sounds like all of them...

You don't necessarily have to
You don't necessarily have to give up the class, Spiderweber, but we cannot hand you a cheat sheet for substituting moves. You have to learn this posture and apply it to everything, there is no shortcut for that, each of us has to do the work. When you have incorporated correct posture into your life, you can modify pretty much anything. Meanwhile you do need to avoid certain bad moves and body angles. Read the book and study Christine's work. - Surviving
