Stage 3 prolapse and hip concern

Body:

Hi, Nice to post to a group that knows!
Background: age 75, have always exercised, alot of it in Yoga, within 10 lbs of normal weight, eat a good diet

Hip: Have a hip that has never been "disagnosed", but is achy and often painful at night when I am lying on it. That leg is 1/2" longer than the other

Prolapse: Learned 3 wks ago that I have a stage 3 uterine and bladder prolapse.

Now, I have in my possession Christine's:
Saving the Whole Woman, with CD
Save Your Hips, with CD
First Aid for Prolapse CD
May not have all those titles just right. The materials are downstairs.

I understand the posture(not close to 100% yet!). I have done each of the CD's about 3x. Now I am not sure how I should approach the Save Your Hips CD and the First Aid for Prolapse CD. I do them daily. I have been alternating the CDs. Would love some suggestions as to what my daily program should be. Thank you,
MJH

Hi MJH,
You should only do as much as you are comfortable with, and don't overdo it. I think the routine you develop for yourself is most important. Work on the posture daily and give yourself plenty rest if you start to feel sore from it, because the posture is what we are aiming for for the rest of our lives, how we manage our prolapse, and help our hips.
Each of us has a different routine that works with our strengths and limitations. So, just have fun with it! And, welcome!!
