When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

hi daphne,
the whole woman website is www.wholewoman.com.
don't expect much interest from your gyn. they only have thee tricks in their bag, kegels, pessary and surgery, none of which are helpful or address the root cause of prolapse. if medicine truly embraced christine's perspective, gynecology would all but disappear as a medical discipline. in fact, perhaps the most difficult part of doing the whole woman work is coming to terms with the fact that the medical system has nothing to offer you.
we have come to think of the medical system as the safety net between us and death. that is true for trauma or other acute conditions, but for chronic conditions like prolapse or chronic hip pain, they are worse than useless.
we always encourage women to get a formal diagnosis of their condition as long as they make up their own mind about how to manage their condition. we have had many women go back to their gyn six months after starting the whole woman work, in one case to be told that obviously she never had prolapse in the first place, and when confronted with christine's materials, just walk away saying, "not interested, don't want to know."
but it's always worth another try. sooner or later the system has to come around.
all the best,
lanny

Hi Lanny,
Thank you for your quick reply and advise. The only reason I am going to the Gyn. is because my family Dr. doesn't want to get involved, I have a small area by the side of the opening of the Cervix that gives me cause to wonder so I am hoping she will be able to at least tell me what she thinks it might be, hopefully nothing to worry about but I have had Breast Cancer in the past so I am always concerned if things don't just look right. Like a lot of ladies here I don't want surgery.
Hope you are getting along well yourself after your health problem.

Please disregard Lanny's comment, which I have just read. He has no idea of your background or the seriousness of your condition. Keep us posted!
