When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Here is a post from our moderator on the subject of surgery and advice given in this forum:

I also feel very uncomfortable giving advice to post surgery members. As with any exercise program, you may want to check with your doctor to see how well you are healing before starting.
Whole woman isn't an exercise program, but the DVDs have routines that may affect whatever stitching you have up there. If your doctor gives you the green light, try this out very slowly, mostly just working on the posture itself. That will be enough to get you started.

Totally agree and thanks AG
Totally agree and thanks AG for posting that. Funlovin, we don't know what all you've got going on there, and you are only 10 days post-op to boot. Just because your prolapse has returned, does not make your body the same body it was before you had any surgery. Things are indeed different and we can't say what is safe or what will help. Concentrate on WW posture because that alone can do a lot. Posture walking would be perfect if you are cleared for that level of activity, and then take things slowly day by day. - Surviving

Thanks for the comments and advice, I'm seeing my doctor in a couple of days and will converse with him on what level of activity I will be ready for.
