The Goddess Belly

Body:

Christine, I love you! This morning when I went online to exercise I saw to my surprise and excitement hat you had added the Goddess Belly to the lineup. I have been waiting for this with great anticipation. I thank you for sharing your story because the first thing we women do is blame ourselves. You have risen from the wreckage of your own life lessons to teach other women. The most important thing is for women to love themselves.
The exercises are new the information is new and so needed. It is all so profound.
I feel enormous gratitude to you. You are a remarkable woman. You have saved me!

So...... this is an additional exercise routine which I feel I must do everyday! It is that important.

BTW love the visuals......love the Kali Durga

Hi Rosa, for those of us who are new, could you please explain what the Goddess Belly exercises are? Thanks, Karin

I thought I might have to run away after releasing this...but my darling Surviving helped me overcome my fears. I love the GB program too. Tell your friends that the best exercise program on the market has just arrived!!

:-) Christine

You don't have to sell me on Whole Woman. I love it and have been a customer and supporter since I first stumbled upon your website. Having an exercise program that I can follow by watching a video would be great. Am I to understand that Restore Your Goddess Belly has an exercise program that can be followed as a daily routine for prolapse maintenance. I have your other videos and books but having a particular routine in one place would be helpful. Thanks....

NFP, did you get the newsletter? Here, in Christine's own words:

"The workout in the video is my favorite Whole Woman exercise program thus far, and was created for postpartum mothers, women who have had deep breast surgery, and all women who wish to lift and tone the skin on their face and neck." - Surviving

And I want to look fabulous in 10 years!!! I'm so vain..... But we are primarily addressing the issue of , What is the word, devisis recti, something like those words, aren't we? That is a primary concern for me.

Diastasis recti.

Since I recovered from the injury to my lumbar back with the help of physical therapy I was looking for an exercise to help me keep in WW posture. It is my weakness and I was looking for a few simple moves outside of firebreathing.

Hi NFP,

Yes, RYGB is a follow-along program that is great for prolapse as well as the entire front line of the body. While many of these exercises can be done in a chair, the benefits are maximized if done sitting on the floor in the usual WW positions: soles of feet, crosslegged, and legs stretched out in front.
