When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Hi lifegoeson,
Hi lifegoeson,
We all have set backs, so don't beat yourself up about that. Also, as you well know your body is still healing after having your baby which could be part of all this, especially as the hips are getting back to their original placement.
Do you have the second wheel yoga DVD? When I started this work, I had very extreme hip pain, but for a different reason than yours, and that DVD really helped the most with my hips, giving them such a good stretching. That DVD is actually for the post partum moms out there, but it did wonders for me too.
I understand that you'll have a harder time getting the dvds, but in the meantime some good whole woman walking may help in strengthening and balancing your hips. And, if you have any of the other dvds or even the stretches in the book. Do try to fit them in, as the stretching on all of them is so beneficial to our bodies.
Sorry, I can't think of any specific stretches right now, because I used to do regular yoga, and no amount of those kinds of stretches did anything for me like the whole women ones did.
Hopefully someone else will come along with better suggestions.

Thank you
Brilliant, thanks for your advice. I did buy the second wheel DVD which is why I know about shipping costs! I will try and get some time into work on that. I know I need to. Want the goddess DVD next. I will get reading s60. Thanks again for your time.
