Long standing member reporting in

Body:

Hello all,
It has been a while. I have been a member here for one year and seven months.
I would like to share that I am doing very well keeping cystocele and rectocele in check!!
Thank you all for your posts, for sharing intimate issues that are common to many of us going through these changes!!
I have been able to maintain my gluten and dairy free diet. It has helped me eliminate problems with constipation, and has helped me maintain my weight!!I have know for years that dairy was a problem and I ignored it.
I clean a church and a library, do my house work, walk, travel and garden. I feel AWESOME.I do what ever I want but in posture.
I do the posture ALWAYS!!! I do still do the whole woman exercises .
Thank you Christine for learning all you have and sharing with all of us so that we can continue to live a surgery free life, a normal and healthy life!!

your story not only inspires us as a reminder of how important the Whole Woman work is, it inspires the hundreds of women who read your words and reminds them of what's possible if they are willing to do the work. thank you for sharing your story.

Such an inspiring post, thanks Cloudbliss for the update! It is all about the posture, and how it lets you get on with life, by replacing fear with the feeling of control and normalcy.

I have known some people who have gone the same route with diet, and they have never looked back. I have a goal of experimenting a little, but it tough for me (I'm somewhat addicted to dairy and gluten!).

Thanks for a great post; please check in when you can. These stories are what newbies and doubters need to hear. I don't know why anyone would choose to manage their prolapse any other way, once they have come across this knowledge. But it happens. We can only keep trying our best to reach women. - Surviving
