I'm pregnant!

Body:

Hi everyone. Miss you!!! Been taking a forum haitus due to computer overload. Wanted to share that we just found out we're pregnant with #4. We're thrilled. 8 months ago when I found you all, I didn't in my wildest dreams imagine I'd be writing this post. I was scared out of my mind, and the thought of a pregnancy really scared me. Now, well, I have my moments of feeling afraid of what it all means for my symptoms; but, trying to keep the hope guage high.

Have a couple of questions. Will ask my midwife, but any experience from anyone out there? I've been using a vaginal exerciser for 8 months. Stopped when found out i was pregnant. The company that makes it says not problems using while pregnant. Anyone else with experience on this?

Also, any problem doing First Aid to Prolapse exercises? I can't imagine giving them up. Any other suggestions to keep in good shape (pelvic floor speaking) over the duration of the pregnancy?

Love and blessings to all,

Marie

I have no idea about the exerciser but...

CONGRATULATIONS

:)

I don't know about the vaginal exerciser, I wasn't doing all the First Aid to Prolapse exercises before I got pg, but I did stop the inverted poses I liked to do in the mornings and late afternoon when things started to drag and the firebreathing (hated to give that one up!)
I'm trying to keep my hamstrings nice and loose and spending lots of time on all fours, well sort of anyway, I like to be on knees and forearms, things seem to feel 'in place' that way for me.
also I'm making sure not to get constipated and to fully empty my bladder at least once a day (all fours over the toilet does it for me).
this is so exciting, that there are a bunch of us here doing the baby thing together. makes it less scary.

hope you are feeling well
