When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Astronaut,
Hi Astronaut,
Have you had a chance to check out what Christine has written about our hips? She actually has a book that tells us about all aspects of our hips, and a DVD that has very therapeutic exercises that concentrate on alleviating hip pain.

Dear Astronaut,
Dear Astronaut,
I have healed my hips and posture by adopting Whole Woman Posture and doing Christine's Save Your Hips DVD.
Christine's approach is holistic, and I recommend this program to all - not just those experiencing hip problems.
It evens up the body, muscles, skeleton and posture, improving balance, and evening out weight bearing on each side of the body, straightening out the muscles and fascia of contracted limbs, and developing and strengthening the foot arches so integral to hip and whole body movement, support, and balance.
The way I tell now how my right side is going, is by doing fire - breathing on all fours - (this exercise is on the hips DVD) - the muscles at the back of the pelvis are not contracted and tight anymore.
My testimonial link is here if you would like to read it.

Osteopath
I regularly go to a very gentle osteopath and love it. i think it can really balance the work, as it's hard for things to fall into place if you are out of place. i can't say re hip arthritis though, but in general i think it's a great compliment to Christine's work. i'd talk to people first & see someone really experienced with arthritis. also christine's hip work sounds amazing, and all her work around diet for inflamation also sounds like ti would really support dealing with arthritis. i have been reading great info on Whole30 and lots of people find healing from lots of painful conditions through diet as part of the picture...
