When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

sway back
Glad you found this post, A&L. It explains a lot, though I don't totally understand it. Good luck on your consult tomorrow! - Surviving

I really like your post a lot, I am sorry haven't been on for awhile I am potty trading! I have kyphosis but I was going to come on and ask if people know how much curve you should have. I feel exactly the same, how can I prolapse I have the longest curvature ever! Swayed back but it causes me to try to look better by obviously sticking my ribs out, my shoulders are rounded and for ages I always pulled my shoulders back to obviously try to help my awful upper back posture. I struggle with whole woman posture because my starting ground is soooo bad :( also with abdominal separation now. I struggle to sit with my legs in front at all, it kills me, can't get any curve, if I do bending from the hips because I'm so tight it seems to just makes my organs come through my ab separation. I sit with legs under me mainly. That's ok, it's the other way I am right. Would be really interested to know what Christine says to you, I'm really struggling with general posture. Good luck to you, something I didn't realise for so long! Going hunched, rub thrusting and sway backed!!!!! Why are we never told these things I wonder

Got to go now but I will let
Got to go now but I will let you all know how my consult goes with Skype. I had a good day yesterday in posture so while I am a bit nervous that I might not have good posture I must be heading in the right direction.
