When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Thank you to the ones who have given advice to seek expert help
I thank all on this forum for advising me to seek advice for my complicated situation. I am grateful that advice was given and as I result I found massage to help a lot. I have also found that the position of the uterus is extremely important as it can add to constipation before and during your period.
Retroverted uterus and tilted uterus can put pressure on the bowel and obstruct the passage of feces.
The medical establishment say it doesn´t usually cause symptoms but that has not been my cause.
I believe that the adhesions that are holding my uterus back towards my bowel are also cause my rectocele and intersusseption. I think that Christine writes that that tilted uterus is a prolapse anyway. I believe that the adhesions caused mine and that I didn´t have weak liagments but that the adhesions are cause my uterus ligaments to be stretched and weakened because of the adhesions.
I really really hope and pray that when I can get the adhesions dissolved that the other problems of my bowel will disappear when the uterus goes back to its place.
Are there any others out there who would agree?
Or is it too simplistic?
What do you think Christine?

I agree canyoudoit that the
I agree canyoudoit that the retroverted uterus causes obstruction of feces to pass through the rectum, because I have personally experienced this for years starting at a young age.
The whole woman work has really helped to pull my uterus more forward pulling it of my rectum and creating much relief in that department.
I don't know if Christine will come on to answer your question about adhesion, and I haven't read about anyone else having this on the forum. You may want to book a consult with her.

Thanks for your comments
I thank you for commenting....it is a great search for the solutions and now I am doing caster oil packs for the adhesions and Proteolytic enzymes for this problem to decrease them. Also self administered massage from Arvigo Mayan massage for retroverted uterus.
I find the WHOLEWOMEN yoga downwards stomach exercise really helps but still battle with lower back ache. I DONT KNOW IF THIS IS THE FECES TRAPPED STILL AFTER INCOMPLETE BOWEL MOTION OR IS IT THE STRAINED TENDONS???? Anyway I believe that massage in the sacral lumber spine helps this for me too.

massage for adhesions
Hi youcandoit, I also have a retroverted uterus which obstructs defaecation and always has done, now that I know better, I realise this was happening to me as a child although I didn't understand it at the time. I have also had bowel surgeries (as a younger and now older adult) and no doubt plenty of adhesions in there too. How do you do the "self-administered Arvigo massage" please? I have regular abdominal massage from a shiatsu therapist but the more I can do myself the better.

Arvigo massage
Thanks Surviving - I have already looked but the web site doesn't give much detail (not that I could find anyway) so Id be interested to hear youcandoits reply to help me decide if I want to investigate it further. I've also looked on you tube, there are a lot of abdo massage demos but its not easy to tell if any of these are Arvigo ones.
