bladder prolapse

hi friends, i was in the mall for work, suddenly i felt my bladder dropping down and could not walk further, i went and sat down few minutes but bladder was still at same location very uncomfortable feeling, i kept my posture in place, what can i do in this situation? please give me some help. I work at the retail store where lot of standing requires, i.e where my problem gets worse. I am following everything according to WW book and CD pkg I have bought and exercise 10 to 20 minutes everyday. My problem of dropping bladder gets worse in the night. If any of you have same problem please educate me if i am doing anything wrong and correct me so i can deal with this problem. thanks

Were you able to read our other responses in your initial thread? We had suggested that maybe you weren't getting the posture down correctly in order for it to help you alleviate some of your symptoms, after doing this work for almost a year, was it?
My other suggestion was to get some jiggling and firebreathing in throughout the day, and possibly a Skype with Christine or another practitioner.
If others can think of anything else that you can try, they are more than welcome to.

Yes......We would love to help you tweak your routine a bit, for better results. But so far, what you have written is giving us no indication that you really know what WW posture is. That is the whole story and until you can nail that, your "10 to 20 minutes" of exercise that you keep mentioning will not do you a bit of good. Please talk to us about posture. What do you do beside lifting your chest and keeping your shoulders down? Tell us what the rest of your body is doing. - Surviving

yes..as far as posture, I lift my chest up, keep my shoulders down, my back and spine straight and my chin up as christine shows in the CD. When i am sitting on the chair or standing to keep this posture in place easy and stay in it, only problem i have is when i am walking around my work place or pick up stuff off the floor since i am manage the retail store. I will really appreciate it if i can be shown the actual posture on skyp. I close my business on 6.00 pm georgia time (eastern) and i call you by 6.30pm in the evening when you can show me one time everything about the posture might help me a lot and once again thank you for your response and help. I can do this next week on Wed. July 15th 6.30 pm

You don't mention the relaxed belly in your description of posture, and the chin is not up, but slightly tucked.
The basics of posture are: relaxed belly, chest lifted, shoulders down, upper back broad and flat, neck and head lifted as if a string is attached to crown, with chin slightly tucked. Getting these principles down correctly is of the utmost importance of this work, and if you are not understanding that completely, you may need some additional help.

Hi Grammy - you've been given some links on your other posts that you have probably checked out by now. There is a lot of information on this website including the forum and blog and YouTube channel. However, there is no shortcut to an understanding of the posture and this is not a quick fix. You will want to get yourself some materials so you can jump in as soon as possible with this work. Please be sure to not do strenuous exercise for your lower abdomen that will only make your problem worse! I'm there now. I think that's how my bladder prolapse Cystocele happened again! Waiting to see Gyno.
